I greatly appreciate Joelle for sending me a text reminder of my appointment. I usually forget! I was ON TIME and I didn’t need to stay over two hours. My oil change and the routine inspection was completed in a very timely and professional manner. Ms. Joelle explained - in detail - any concerns I had. As an older and long time customer - it is comforting to see the familiar faces of Robert, Joelle And old man Steve. I’ve been having my vehicles serviced ONLY at this location since 1994ish. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!

This group at Big Chief on Blanding are honest, hardworking, polite and very knowledgeable - no matter the issue or vehicle type, they always have me leaving in a safer, road ready vehicle every time… and their prices are very reasonable. They take care of my whole family and have been for 40+ years! I definitely recommend the Big Chief location on Blanding near 103rd. They’ve never let me down. I love this place. I have been using them for 50 years. They are honest and will tell you exactly what you need to do and give you any options that are available. The waiting room is nice now and you can make appointments online.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Big Chief. The staff was very informative and answered all my questions. Their price for tires were better than any other companies I checked with .They also have continued to honor my lifetime alignment warrantee on my dually for 21 years.

Had a nail in my tire, since we purchase all our tires at Big Chief, I went back. They took extra steps and not only fixed that tire they checked all of them, the brakes, rotors, and wipers and sent us the information. That was cool and above my request. Thanks team. Best of all I left paying $0.00.

I took my 2012 Toyota Camry in for an inspection since a strange rattling noise appeared near the engine. I was not informed that a charge would be applied and they were not able to determine the noise problem. They charged me $51.06 for the inspection and suggested I take my car to a Toyota dealership. They did change one tire weight that was loose but it was already covered under their service warranty plan. I’m frustrated since they charged me and were not able to determine the cause of the noise, which is still lingering. I’ll have to take it to the Toyota dealer since Big Chief’s expertise is limited.
