Nick and the team on Normandy took great care of my car. I stopped in to have a tire repaired, pretty simple job, but there were a few issues. The last time my car was serviced was in Nashville and it wasn’t done properly. A few lug nuts were stripped and I also needed some new posts to mount the tires on. The flat couldn’t be repaired and the tires were wearing unevenly so we went ahead and replaced all four tires and decided to do the brakes and an alignment while it was up there. Everyone was very upfront with me and gave me options and recombinations as to what was needed. I’m back on the road and good to go for a long time. I’ll be back next time I need work done for sure.

I recently was sent to Big Chief by my father. Went in for a tire rotation balance and alignment. They caught something funky and were able to replace my wheel bearings! I have been to Toyota to get my car checked in the past month and they would tell me I need new brake pads soon but nothing about my wheel bearings. Either way my car drives like it’s BRAND NEW and I’m thankful because it will soon be passed down to my teenager! The staff is friendly and super informative!!! It will now be my GO TO PLACE!! Thank you to all who helped work on my car you guys are awesome!!!

Such a wonderful staff and experience. I have gone with big chief about 4 or 5 times now and have always had fast and easy service for a reasonable price. They do not nickle and dime and they only recommend what is necessary. My dealership tried to offer me 4 different things based on the milage of my car, but these guys let me know more based on what is actually needed.

A friend of ours went to have 3 U-joints replaced and the price was to be 720.00. He got his vehicle back and it was even worse than before. He looked at the U-joints and they had only changed 1 of them instead of 3 and charged himm 790.00. These people are extremely dishonest.
