By far the best experience I've ever had at a tire shop. Got a flat over the weekend from a thin piece of metal. Went to 2 shops and both told me it couldn't be patched. They both gave me a quote for a new tire. I called Big Brand today and Collin, the store manager, gave me a better price than the other two places and said he would inspect my flat before changing it. Collin said he would have the tire at the store in an hour. I went to the store an hour later and the tire was there waiting. Collin still inspected my other tire and said he would talk to the tech to see if it was possible to patch it. I left, and about an hour later I receive a call from Collin telling me that they patched the tire successfully. Any other place would have just replaced the tire and called it a day. Collin is a true gentleman and has 100% earned my future business. As soon as I need new tires, Collin and Big Brand will absolutely get my business without a single doubt. I'm glad I got this flat and got the opportunity to see that there are still honest people in this world. Thank you Collin 🙏

Ordered the tires 1day had them the next day. The BIG TO at the counter hooked me up I was out of there in a hr. Great job guys @Bjgbrand tire. On my way to Iowa!!!!!

In and out in less than an hour for an oil change. Friendly staff and reasonable price. Didn’t try to find other reasons to charge me more for unnecessary services.

Big fan of the Ina Rd location and the people running it - Collin’s expertise and service level is top notch and he has been important to us as a family to keep all 3 of our vehicles running safely. On a scale of 1-10, Customer satisfaction is an 11 for me!

Having just lost my job one day before Thanksgiving, the check engine light went on in my vehicle along with repeated warning chimes and indicators lighting up my dashboard like an over- adorned Christmas tree. In addition to the check engine light, I had been experiencing a conspicuous gas odor coming from my car over the past couple of months. Knowing that I had potentially more issues than I could shake a stick at, and after doing considerable research, I brought my vehicle in for triage, to this particular, Big Brand Tire location. Not wanting to take any risks, I looked up common errors for the year, make, and model of my vehicle, and was paired up with "Repairpal" which aligns mechanics within your vicinity, who have the expertise necessary for repairs and maintenance specific to your vehicle. I brought my limping, poorly maintained car into their shop, with little cash; expecting the worst but hoping for a miracle. The manager and technicians at this Big Brand Tire and Repair Service Center are highly personable, professional, and actively listen. They offered several solutions that I could work with, that would still allow me to stay within my budget. I couldn't be happier! The service is wonderful and the shop kept immaculately clean and well-organized. The technicians are top-notch. I would garner to say that had I brought my vehicle to another service center, I would have easily spent twice as much as I paid here, and still probably have unresolved issues. The way everything was handled was efficient and meticulous. The manager, Collin, is frontline and center in answering the phone and greeting customers at the counter, all while being courteous and focusing on the needs of the customer he's speaking with. Well, this is my favorite "go to" place from now on -- Thank you for making this a very Merry Christmas for me, and best wishes for a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all the technicians and their families at Big Brand Tires! 🌲⛄❄️ 💝

I have been going to the Ina road shop for oil changes and service for 2 years. The shop employees are very professional and treat me with respect. I have never had a problem and would recommend this shop.

Had a problem with an air leak. It was on a Sunday and they were busy. Told me it would be a couple of hours. I settled in to wait and they had me out in an hour. They were super nice and helpful. I couldn’t even pay for the repair! I gave a nice tip to the tech. I would highly recommend Big Brand Tire

I had a good experience with this company. The guy at the desk, Colin, was very thorough. He explained the different deals available, the specs of the tires and the bottom line cost. He was very polite and professional. The tech who installed the tires, i believe his name was Lester, was also very polite and respectful and was very easy to deal with.

Wait was a bit long but the price is great and they rotated my tires for free with my oil change. Definitely will be returning.
