Super friendly and honest! Came in with a tire losing air. Come to find out my tire had a slice in it. They could have not tried to patch it, but they did!! Thank you!!!

This place rocks. The people here are so friendly, knowledgeable, reassuring, and helpful - Mike and Jessie immediately got my car looked at and evaluated with no initial charge, and gave me all the information I need to know about what repairs would be needed so that I am equipped to make a decision moving forward with my vehicle. I will definitely be coming back here for future repairs or diagnostics!

Stopped in at BB T & S and they checked the tire sensors in my Subaru. One was shot. Replaced it almost instantly and at a fair price. Good thing for me is it’s a 10 minute walk from my house.

I bought 4 tires in Vagas about 18mo ago. Passing through Tucson and needed a rotation. Mike was very helpful and got my tires rotated in less than an hour. I'll be back for other services. Check'em out. Highly recommend.

a HUGE SHOUT OUT THE CREW !! my daugther was involved in a hit and run and these guys went above and beyond in helping her. we are so greatful for the help and repair to her tire and putting on a rim not purchased from them. On top of that getting her in to get the car alignment within days !! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH !!! From a out of state college mom.

Very nice and reassuring when it came to my tires and explaining the heat and air pressure, had to come back because I did find a nail and they more than happily helped me again. Friendly and they do respect and listen to female customers!!

First time coming in to get 4 tires and oil change. I was at a loss as this was my first time doing it on my own. The service I received from Mike and his very helpful disposition is why I will continue to take my car to Big Brand. I was at a loss about tires, prices, warranties and such but he made it so easy to understand. I truly believe this employee deserves acknowledgement and recognition for outstanding customer service.

I have said it once and I'll say it again, I go to Big Brand Tire for EVERYTHING wrong with my car, I have officially today had 5 nails in all my tires on different occasions and have had to get them all replaced in the past few months. Which is more then I ever want to deal with, and I'm one to get frustrated easily. Every time this happens, I can say without a doubt that the Big Brand workers have been the nicest, most accommodating, and speedy group of workers I have had the pleasure of working with in this normally unnecessarily annoying situation.

Im a single woman shopping for tires having done so only a few times. I bought Nexen tires for my Honda CRV. Service was thorough ( free alignment) and the ride is good. I felt the improvement immediately.

I had such a great experience. The technicians name was Jose Gonzalez. Best in the industry save me time and money. I will definitely be going back there again. I recommend everyone try this place out Tucson and Broadway location.

Went in for a tire plug. They plugged it, put it back on, and put my spare away and it was all free of charge! Great customer service, very nice guys. Will definitely be buying new tires from here
