I recently purchased tires in December at the golf links location , had an appointment scheduled, and everything showed up on time walked in and the older man that was sitting behind the desk didn’t even bother to get up and say hello. I walked up to the desk and had to stand there feeling like an idiot because he was not paying attention to me at all , definitely did not leave a good impression, but I was running late for work. Had the appointment set up and got it done .. worst part about it had to go back today because my low pressure light kept coming on walked in same guy same feeling no warm reception whatsoever. I felt like I was ignored again when I told him what was going on, he seemed like I was a nuisance to him. This man should not be running your show if he can’t at least acknowledge a customer walking in when there’s nobody else , in the shop , The young man that actually fixed my tire was more professional . Their customer service is absolutely disgusting. It made me leave that place wanting to return all four of my tires and go somewhere else and pay twice as much. This place sucks for customer service. The older man needs to be fired. I can understand having one bad day, but this is the second interaction I had with him and he is absolutely worthless. I then had to wait another 10 minutes for him to pull up paperwork Just to release my car while he was sitting in the back on his cell phone

Very friendly and we were in and out in about 30 minutes for a nail in my back tire. The did it for free! Definitely recommend to anyone needing tire service. When I’m ready I’ll buy my new tires there.

Had them do a tire rotation. They did good work and even went above and beyond by putting new valve stem caps on ( nice metal ones) for free.

I dropped in with no appointment at 8:00 am. They scheduled an appointment for 11:00. They took my car at 11:00 and repaired my tire in a half hour. Good service.

I had the pleasure of Miss Desiree helping me out who I guess she doesn't usually work at this location but she was so sweet and so personable. And then i also talked to Tom and he also was super personable! GREAT customer service and he'd had a giant smile on his face the whole time! :) They were quick fast easy with great customer service! I definitely will be going back to them again!

Don’t take your car here! I brought our car in for new tires on Monday. When I picked it up, I was told that I had to bring it back because all of the warning lights were on on my dashboard and they didn’t know what’s wrong. My husband brought it back in on Wednesday. It is Sunday. They still have our car. They said it’s fixed and that we can pick it up but it’s at their location up on Ina. That’s 40 minutes from our house versus the 7 minutes to the location that we dropped it off at. They have been very condescending. They haven’t apologized. They just said “it happens”. Find somewhere better to take your vehicles.

This business was very efficient and helpful. The cost of an oil change is very reasonable and they did a free tire rotation. Also took the time to show me where cabin filter goes because I have one at home. Will be coming back for all my car's maintenance needs. Also, the employees are very kind and courteous.

Use to do all my oil changes at this location. Never again! The day the new guy at the reception took over is the day this place went downhill. I understand upselling is your biggest money maker. Telling me i need a new AC compressor, took it to 3 other stores for a price comparison, was told there is nothing wrong with it? Stopped in one day for a alignment on my truck, the same guy behind the desk said they can't do it because it has a computer. Took it to another store and they told me, there is no computer for the alignment? Thats some story he spinned me because he didnt want to do it. My cars come back to me in worse condition than when i take it in. This place was good a year ago when the other guy ran everything. Will be choosing a different company for my car needs from now on. If you're old or a single mother or someone that doesn't know cars well, stay away! because they will up sell you on everything! And they will guilt you into their sales tactics.

All you Alfa rameo owners need to know big brand on Kolb works on them !!!!! Being that our closest dealership is in Phoenix for Alfa Romeo I wanted to post on here to let you guys know you can take your ALFA to big brand Preferably on golfing and Kolb and You can get breaks, sensors, tires, oil, changes, diagnostics, transmission, fluid, etc ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I took my car to Pep Boys and Discount Tire and neither could figure out why my tire was leaking air. I’d never heard of Big Brand Tire & Service before but they were the only ones open on Sunday, go I gave them a shot. So glad I did! They found the hole and fixed it quickly, and the best part was that they did it for free!! I highly recommend them!
