I gotta say great work from the workers I greatly appreciate the service and timing of getting it in the bay to the performance of work to my vehicle and in a timely manner I’d like to thank the mechanic kc for the honest work and the team over all for the professional manner and kindness I will be a customer in the future again with a great price for their oil change and tire patch thanks again

Needed a tire patch and they fit me in fast, did it for free and corrected a problem from the last install free of charge, even though there’s usually a charge. Seriously seen less. I will be back for new tires soon 🙌

Traveled to Arizona and ended up having a flat on the day we were suppose to leave. We were in a time crunch, came to Big Brand and Ashton was quick to assist. He quickly found the problem, said was fixable and was even able to get us going much faster than estimated! Extremely present experience and would highly recommend them!

Carl and his team was awesome. Had a mixup with the appointment which was my fault, but he took me right in in the morning service. Everything that I asked for. car was done before the end of the day and price was real reasonable to me. will definitely be bringing my car back here.

I am happy with the service at the shop, however I made an appointment to have my airconditioner on my car fixed on a Saturday. Rearranged my schedule. Came in and was told they don't have someone to fix airconditioners on the weekend. And that my call must have gone to their call center. Took my service elsewhere. Today I needed new tires, Made an appointment was told they would have the tires I needed by today. Came in and was told my call must have gone to the call center because I didn't have an appointment and they don't have my tires. The gentleman at the shop have gone out of their way to accommodate me. How do you know if your call goes to the call center? And the call center is not communicating to the shop. I work full time. So I have to rearrange my schedule. Frustrating to say the least

I’m a traveling healthcare worker currently on assignment in Tucson from Michigan. Needed to get two damaged tires replaced. My tires were recently bought from a shop in Michigan and were still under warranty, however the shop doesn’t have any locations in Arizona. Big Brand took care of me, replaced my tires and wrote up the paperwork so that I can get reimbursed through the shop in Michigan. They were very friendly and very fast even though we arrived an hour late to our appointment. Thanks again Big Brand!!
