Big Brand Tire on Shea and 42nd street are great. The people there are very nice and always try to help you monetarily as well as with their service. I only have one car and they graciously took me home and picked me up again when the work was done. Gabriella and Emilio are awesome. Been having issues with my tire lately, having to put air in it almost every day, but didn’t notice a nail or anything. Took it into this place on a Sunday mind you. They looked at my tire removed what was quite a large piece of metal and repaired it all for free!! Made my day! Would highly recommend!!

I found out last night I had a flat tire. I called in the next day. They were able to see me that day, they fixed my flat tire for free, and did so quickly (it took less than an hour). I'd recommend their services.

Easy in and out, Brandon and Gabbie helped me at the front desk and the mechanics had my car aligned within an hour. Detailed report included with receipt showing before and after details was appreciated.

We love our neighborhood auto service ..great staff, good service and fairly priced. They even suggested if I waited a day or two they could get some parts significantly cheaper for me. I was quite impressed and especially with Gabriella and Brandon.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Gabriella was so helpful during my initial phone call and attentive and thorough when I arrived to ask more questions. I was given options to choose from and a good explanation of each. I’m very pleased with the customer service and the work that was done on my jeep. I will be back!

Totally painless visit. I was visiting Scottsdale and they were able to immediately repair my flat tire at no cost so we were able to continue on our vacation. If you live in Scottsdale do stop by.

I had my oil changed and air filter replaced today at Big Brand Tire & Service located at 32st and Shea Blvd Phoenix AZ. It was easy to get an appointment and the service time was fast. This Big Brand Tire location is great! Gabriella helped me elect the best tire option to meet my needs, then the techs went to work to replace my tires and perform an alignment, and got me back on the road again. My truck has never felt so smooth on the road, and right before a long road trip. Highly recommend!
