Big Brand Tires has many different names in other states, such as American Tire Depot in CA, and I've enjoyed working with them all. - They have a lot of free services such as free tire rotations, alignment checks, inspections and flat repairs, to name a few. - Front desk representatives at this location are very honest people and I appreciate that tremendously. - Good prices for tires with a large selection.

I brought my car in for new tires at 9 am and they had it done by noon. Bernie was very friendly and honest about my expense options. I’d much rather come here than somewhere like Firestone or Discount Tire Co, where it’s typically more expensive and the employees aren’t as communicative.

The service manager was great!! I drove in from California a couple days earlier and realized the rear 2 tires on my car weren't going to make the 9 hour drive back home. At my local Big Brand you can almost never get same day appointments and it usually takes hours to get the tires put on even with an appointment so I was fully prepared for half my day to be wasted with tire issues. I called that morning and was pleasantly surprised that they could fit me in. I showed up and was greeted with a smile and friendly conversation to which I found out it was only going to take 30 mins to get my tires changed. Kinda wishing this big brand wasn’t 9 hours away so I could use it for all of my tire and oil change needs!

I called Big Brand to see if they could fix a leak in my back tire and they got me in right away! The front desk guy was super nice and the waiting room was comfortable. Also…it was free and they fixed my tire in under 30 minutes! Awesome place I will be using their service in the future 😄

Best kept secret! My boss recommended Big Brand Tires to me. Beating the pricing with other companies. I made an appointment right away. I planned on being there for a few hours, I sure was wrong! I was there around 30 to 40 minutes and was done! All four tires changed. Great staff, beyond knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you. I will be back and will recommend everyone.
