I notice loss of air pressure. Look at my tire and find an imbedded drywall screw. I stop into Big Brand Tire to see if they can assist, they are booked solid :( Pete says no worries, I know you need your car, I will take care of it for you right now. Within 20 minutes of arrival, I was back on the road. Now that is SERVICE!!! I extend my gratitude to Pete and when I need tires, I know exactly who I am going to see.

Fixed a screw in the tire on my new ridgeline today, no charge! Nicely done big brand!!! I've been using C&R Tire for 20+ years and they've always taken care of me and my family and have never let us down. I highly recommend you give them a try for tires or other repairs. And to show you how honest and professional C&R on Tatum is, I had them replace two radiator hoses about 6-months ago and when I noticed a little coolant dripping out of one end of the lower hose, they figured out the hose clamp was bad so they replaced it with a better clamp and charged me ZERO even though a lot of parts had to be removed to get to the clamp. Great job by C&R, bad job by the manufacturer making a hose clamp so hard to get to. This is why I bring all my cars here for maintenance and tires.

I came in yesterday Saturday December 21st wanted my battery checked. Pete said didn't we just check it and I'm sure we did. I said i was driving up north and he said you'll be fine.I was in on Friday December 6th for an oil change etc. They clearly did check my battery because i go to leave this morning and my battery was dead. I had emergency roadside assistance put in a new one.

Had a blow out on I-17 had to get a tire went in and Jose helped us. We explained it was an emergency and he went out of his way to take care of us and get us back on the road. Don’t find customer service like this anymore!

been coming same location for 15 years. Used to be C&R. they quoted me one price over the phone for a battery out the door. I get here after getting it charged up and they charged extra hundred dollars for labor. They said oh it's a different car the batteries harder to get to. They know my car it's been here forever. They have the battery ordered for that car. They should've known. So disappointing sodisappointed. 15 years of loyalty down the tube

1st visit: Super friendly, professional, and timely. Nick and Brian went above and beyond. First time using them and will be back for any future needs. 2nd visit: I stopped in without an appointment for a screw that was in my tire. These guys got me in and out in less than 20 minutes and with no charge at all. Truly appreciate their service mentality and their employee's friendly and welcoming attitudes never go unnoticed.

I took our work vehicle in because I realized there was a nail in my tire. They were able to patch my tire, rotate them and check my alignment all for free. The customer service I received was great! V poor diagnosis. Went there twice waited 2 hours each time for tire pressure loss. Found out Passenger side tire had screw on the tire side wall, diagnosed by dealership eventually. Absolutely disappointed.
