Best experience I have had in a long time. Joseph was extremely knowledgeable. I was in a desperate situation with having feathering of my tires (which I now know what and why that happens) and wanted the work done right away. He allowed me to take the time to choose the best tires for me. I was also very thankful for Luis who took the time to show me really just how bad all of my tires looked. I am so happy knowing I made my best choice. Thank you for helping me out today!!! I am so very grateful for you the quick turnaround time as well.

My wife made an appointment to change all 4 tires on her car, when she got there, they took her car to the back, and removed the tires. Then realized they didn't have the tires for her car and has to order them. they waisted an hour of her time, and now she needs to go back the next day to do it all over again. Such a waste of time

This place is AWESOME. Brad (Front Desk) and Manny (Tech) were amazing to work with. These guys are consummate professionals. They were patient explaining everything to me and even allowed me to go into the work bay to see exactly what repairs I needed on my vehicle. I will definitely be back as a repeat customer as long as they have people working here like them. Thank you so much Brad and Manny!!!

My mom’s car got tires placed on but I don’t understand why they had to get grease in the interior and dirty the car and not bother cleaning it up before pick up today. She was very upset which also upset me. But I’m glad to know not to take it here. Steering wheel was also greasy but she had to clean it to at least be able to drive it. Where’s the professionalism nowadays. I understand it’s an older vehicle and it has its blemishes but we didn’t need anymore done by a service provider.

I brought my 2012 Jeep in to get the tires rotated. They told me the brakes were almost shot. Gave me a great deal. Everything was done within a day. They also gave me a referral to have some interior apolstery redone.

Adam stayed open late for me and replaced my tire in an emergency situation. He was very kind and super helpful. The shop was clean and had water for me. Would recommend the shop and Adam to anyone.

I came in for a set of new tires and couldn't be happier with the service that Adam and Victor gave. They had the best price on toyo tires by 200 dollars and were very quick for how busy they were! I highly recommend them and they are one of the few shops open on a weekend.

I had 2 dead batteries & blown fuse replaced on my van & the electric doors were stuck. Adam & crew took good care of everything at a good price & in reasonable time while I waited. Adam even helped me out & installed a remote holder in a more convenient location in the rear compartment just to help me out. I certainly will be going back.

Left work on July 3rd with a low PSI indicator for my rear passenger tire. Checked it out and definitely had a screw in there. Despite the busy travel weekend about to start, Chris and the team where able to get my car in quickly, and to my surprise, BBT&S offers a free patch & plug service. Once my car was in the service bay, it couldn't have been more than 40 minutes of waiting. Didn't time it, but also didn't feel like I was there long at all. Chris and the team worked fast, were friendly, and left a great impression on me. I'll be keeping BBT&S in mind for future services.

Stars are going downhill. What SHOULD have taken 1 week is now turning into 6 weeks! They have my vehicle, they know my rental has no air, I don't owe them money as the work is under warranty, so you do the math! I USED to love this place, now I am on the search for a new one..... The SOLUTION IS... Get the work done and get my vehicle back to me. Plain and simple.

The people at the 32nd Street location in Phoenix are great. I went in for an oil change and air filter and they checked everything. Turns out I needed some manufacturer scheduled maintenance and still was in and out in about an hour. If you’re looking for a shop you can trust this is one.

They are miracle workers here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I brought my car in for a 4 wheel alignment originally at Pep Boys and they flaked on me but HERE they were able to ALIGN THE CAR PERRRFECTLY!!! The car was recently side swiped and they were able to restore all four wheels to 100% !!!!!!!!! I am in SHOCK/AMAZED at Adam's customer service and the PRICE IS TOTALLY UHMAZING!!!! I am professionally IN LOVE with this place and going to be a LIFE-LONG customer, FOR SURE!!! I don't have WORDS for HOW PLEASED I AM!!!!!
