Got my tires from simple tire, and got them installed here. Super cheap install, and super nice staff. Only took a few hours and they were helpful from my very first phone call all the way to picking my 4runner back up. They answered all my questions, and even fixed the wobble in my steering wheel!

Scheduled an alignment online for mid-afternoon and when I came in Joshua had the best attitude despite it being towards the end of the day. I waited about 1 hr for the alignment to be fixed. My steering wheel was finally straight and I had no issues driving afterwards. Very impressed with the efficiency of this team despite only having 2 guys in the back and 4+ cars needing work to be done.

The Manger Darrell is absolutely top notch. We always get the best service at his store in Hemet. In fact, we drive from Glendale, AZ to buy tires and have service done to ALL of our vehicles and trailers.

I recently got new tires at Big Brand, however it was at a different location. This other location does not know how to balance tires at all! I came to this location to have them rebalance and they are perfect. Now! The old tires had zero to 4 oz counterweights when all of my tires only needed 1 to 2 oz counterweights. Not sure what they are doing at that other location, but I definitely recommend this location! They were friendly and helpful and quick to fix the other locations mistake.

Had a good experience did extras for me had tires on radiator flush power steering cleaned .cleared all com codes .went back next day staff helped me run codes again very helpful. returning next week trans clean . Stand behind there word .

Phew! I am beyond blown away by the customer service at this location I brought my Tesla in for a diagnosis as I have warranty as this is where they had recommended to go. Unfortunately the warranty did not cover what I needed done and although I did not end up getting my repairs at this shop, they did not hassle or pressure me to get the repairs at their shop. Josh went above and beyond as far as lubing the squeaks for me until I got them fixed. I wish I did not just buy tires 2 days prior as I would have gladly given them my business in that aspect. However, in the future if any of our cars need tires, this will be my go to place! I cannot say thank you enough for your outstanding customer service.
