I really like this company . Myself , my kids and my grandkids all use Big Brand Tire . My children use the Tempe office and I use the baseline shop . The guys here are nice and helped me understand what my car needed . My family is thankful for their great service .

I came in for a check engine light being on. The staff here was so committed to finding the root of what was going on. They could have just replaced a part that didn't end up needing to be replaced, but they recommended a diagnostic before I shelled out $300. When it came down to the true root of the issue which ended up costing less. They really spent the time to break down the cause of the issue, and the misinformation that is provided to people a lot of the time, and totally reframed what I was aware of about my car. They gave me tips for future and spent detailed amount of time trying to get my car to the best point they could. I have had some poor experiences with other chain mechanics but surely not here! They will really take the time to make you happy and satisfied! They are truly there to help! Any of their wonderful mechanics can help you! But Ray was who took so much time to explain, and re-teach the understanding I had around oil changes! Definitely come here ! And definitely coming back in future!

We shopped around, found the tires here with a 50k warranty for less than we could get them elsewhere. They promised the tires in 1.5 hours and finished earlier! Thank you

Not happy with the work they done on myvehicle. Went in for tire rotation. They left all the lug nuts lose. On all tiresThat could have been a horrible situation if I would have got down the highway and my tires fell off.

By far the best place to buy Tires! They have the best prices and service. I was a Discount tire customer for years but my latest experiences with DT were disappointing. I decided to go with Big Brand tires and I am happy I did. Unlike Discount tires, Big brand also offers alignment, brake maintenance and all sort of auto repairs. I finally found a place that does it all. Britany and Jerry are awesome and so is the entire staff. I highly recommend this place. Having owned 52 cars so far, I can’t think of a better tire and auto repair shop in Arizona. Thank you Big brand tires for being such an honest, friendly and efficient business!

Such a great team. They got my car right in at appointment time right after the holiday. Everyone there was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable.
