I was not happy yo have a flat tire on a Sunday morning, but these guys got me out in under 30 minutes. It’s a good shop with some good folks working in it.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with having anything done with my car. Their estimate was right on target they were done way sooner than estimated. Cameron is amazing. Explained everything kept me notified all day long of the processes and anything else that need to be done I give these guys 10 stars if I could.

Needed an oil change so I scheduled an appointment and even they they were stacked I was able to get in and out in less than an hour. Really cool folks there and service.

This place rules!! Was doing a utah drive for an art show. Decided to do a last minute check on my car. Needed an oil change, new wiper blades. Called about 2 hours before they closed and they fit me in. Ment the world. The workers new what they where doing, I used to do car repairs with my dad, the workers checked every aspect of the car while doing my simple project. Def the place to go if you want individuals with knowledge and work that is reliable.

Fantastic place! I had to replace a tire on my Subaru. This was the second tire I had to replace due to road damage. Big Brand sold me a tire, identical to the previous one, for $110 less than the other one I bought at a different place. They ordered the tire in the morning and were ready to put it on that same afternoon. They also do brakes, regular maintenance, and so much more. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and professional. All my questions were answered promptly and honestly. Go there if you need your car or truck worked on!!!

I moved to Vegas a year ago. I've done my oil change service on different locations every time. Big Brand(Katherine & Guys) where very friendly and communicative. I like the atmosphere and positive vibes. Great business management!! Guys are very helpful and down to earth friendly!

I recently had a oil pan gasket replaced, had another shop diagnosed rear main seal replacement along with oil pan gasket. I want to thank Cameron shop manager for his honesty because the rear main seal did not need replacing. This job labor intense but was told all that needed to be done which they honored. Saved a ton of money thanks to their honesty. Thank you Tom

When it comes to car repair and maintenance, finding an honest and reliable shop can be a daunting task. I am a female senior citizen, and sadly some businesses take advantage of that. Fortunately, I read some reviews and found Big Brand Tire. The word HONESTY appeared in more than one review. I figured it was worth a try. I’m glad I did. Cameron provided wonderful customer service. He clearly explained what was found in the process of the oil change and overall check up on the car. He said all I would be needing was a new battery, but definitely did not pressure me when I told his I wanted to contact my son-in-law for advice. I will definitely return to Big Brand Tire for future automotive maintenance and repair needs.
