I returned home to Vegas after a trip to CHLA with my 5yr old grandaughter this past Tuesday. Had a huge nail in my back passenger tire. Needed an oil change too & scheduled it the morning after we came home. I was an hr early & chose to wait. They got me all done & out the door in like 2 hours! Oil change & four new tires later. Lucky me I caught the sale...buy 2 get 2. Mike & his staff are great. He knows what he's talking about. My Terrain is back & safe tires finally. I will return for under car and other yellow marked maintenance. Just gotta pay my card off lol! Good, honest place! Forgot my card & they called me to advise of it...I missed them so much I went back to get it!

I brought in two wheels needing new tires. Although they were backed up and extremely busy when I arrived they had them ready to go in time quoted. I guess busy is a good sign.

I had such a great experience thanks to Yadira and Gio! Yadira was incredibly kind and helpful from the start. She made scheduling my oil change and tire replacement so quick and easy, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, everything was handled so efficiently. Gio did an amazing job with the oil change and tire replacement—he worked quickly while still making sure everything was done perfectly. The whole process was seamless, and I was impressed by how professional and friendly they both were. I’m so thankful for how smooth and fast everything went, and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you, Yadira and Gio, for such great service!

Called to get price on two tires got a really good price, however when I went in for my appointment they showed me that I needed all four tires and gave me a really good price on them I didn't feel at all like they were trying to mess with me and they were all so pleasant from the moment I called them to the moment I walked out the door. They were also very fast comma didn't make me wait any longer than absolutely necessary I would definitely recommend Big Brand Tires and Service on Desert Inn

Highly recommend. Some places just give you a good feeling and care about transparency while speaking with you. This is one. Credit to the girl at the front desk, being hands on while exhibiting great customer service. The mechanic was fast with no hassles. They seem to stay true to standards even with their free services. Will be back.

Recomiendo 100 % este taller, hacen un excelente servicio ah los autos y el personal de trabajo te atiende muy amablemente , te ayudan sin importar en la situación q te encuentres siempre estarán para buscarte la solución ah tu problemas y preocupaciones te hablan con la verdad , no como en otros lugares q te engañan te viven cobrando y no solucionan el problema y lo único q le interesa es tu dinero ,pero sin embargo los empleados de este taller son personas de buen corazón q si le gusta hacer el trabajo q hacen con amor ,así q ya saben mi amigos si buscan un lugar para q solucionen sus problemas como ah mi ya me lo han resuelto muchas veces en las situaciones en la q me eh encontrado este es el lugar indicado.Gracias por todo Big Brand de la Desert Inny sigan así yo seré cliente de ustedes de por vida .🥳🥳🥳🥳

They were very nice and accommodating! They worked with me with a smile, which is not my normal experience in Las Vegas dealing with retail services! It was a lovely experience and was way less expensive for my needs than there competition. Thank you for allowing me to leave your store feeling well taken care of and with a smile on my face! Please give kuddos to the office lady, she was exceptionally kind!!!

This shop should be five stars. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic and front desk Yadira she was super good customer service. She sold me out right then and there the mechanic did his job on time. He was super helpful. I don’t know how to appreciate this company. They definitely deserve a raise.

Tried to get leaky tire fixed but was told it was not repairable. Tried to sell me a new tire. Went to a different shop and they were able to repair the leak in 5 minutes. Feels like "free flat repair" is just a gimmick to get people in the door, and then upsell them tires that aren't needed. Obviously.

These guys are absolutely awesome! In on a business trip from out of town, to wake up to find a nail in the tire. Brand new tire permanently ruined 🥴these guys got me a matching tire within 6 hours and were very professional, I would recommend them to anyone. My tire they got me was actually less expensive than the place where I got the whole set 3000 miles ago. Thank you.
