I had a flat and they were very helpful!!Very friendly. Definitely would recommend going to them if you are in that area I was on a trip and need help immediately and they got the job done!

On our way to Vegas our tire pressure dropped. It was Sunday morning so most places were closed. Luckily we came across this place and we are so glad we did!!!! Katherine was extremely kind and service there was quick. They patched our tire for free and in about 30 mins we were back on the road. Thank you to all employees here for making this a great experience.

What’s free in today’s world. Free tire patch and plug, got me in and out in an hour, plus there is good food all around it for an easy lunch break repair.

Awesome team, great work.. Hmmm!!! So 2 weeks ago, I had my brakes replaced, front and back. Beyond the typical squeaks, knowing that will go away, there is a whirring sound, that my car didn't have before.. I called, the young lady heard the sound over the phone, I brought it in.. They checked the brakes, mechanic said, that im good to go.. Go where? See I'm right back here again, brought a video with the sound..today 12/31 another mechanic said there are hot spots on the rotors, which to me means the parts were defective !!! This guy tried to upsale me parts, trying to put it on me.. No sir not today, my new brakes that you changed 2 weeks ago is under warranty, so you can reorder those parts and ensure they aren't damaged, broken, worn or torn before you replace them again.. Seriously I can pay the difference? No you can change which company you get your parts from. Another appointment, I get to my car and they left I. In neutral instead of parking it and turning off.. pray for me Back again, 2nd set of brakes failed, car indicator states brake pads need replacing, crazy just got everything replaced and stated to have been brand new. CORPORATE!!!! Yes, I dis call and yes they replaced another set of f/b brakes, sensors ,rotors.. Praying the squeak stops and the parts don't disintegrate as I pull off..Thank you to the General manager and Corporate...

I am so grateful to the wonderful employees of Big Brand Tire. I had a nightmare experience with Walmart. Kathryn was so sweet. David was very knowledgeable and reassuring. Big Brand was so easy and fast. I will definitely come back. Thank you guys for fixing my tire fast and easy.

Title: Leave this place alone the workers just want to be alone. Had a regular Monday 9:am break inspection. The parking lot looks like the Avengers landing site, cracks, zero parking lines, and dirt. I stood there looking at the parking lot like a man looking at abstract art. Bc that's the best i can describe this parking lot ×abstract×. Then, walked into an ending of an argument between the front counter lady and a man. Quietly sat down while I was called up... then seated back down bc she wasn't ready...sweet. As I was called up... again i watched the front desk lady try to do her best impression of customer service, notbad. Waited in the waiting room where I'm greeted with two flat screens, as of which are not turned on. I admit I could have asked, but the frustrated "I hate that there's customers" aura was strong. I can relate, so I didn't want to worsen the situation. Just sat in silence writing this. All while a worker or BF, (i couldn't tell) bc he was just on his iPad watching videos that echoed the room. NOT EVEN A flinch from the argument... respect. No uniform, just a regular dude...cozy ig. Extra star for a good morning laugh. Tried to get some wiper blades..they didnt have my size. Breaks were A-ok tho.

I came in to do my tire rotation. I had an appointment. The person that works there told me that I had to wait awhile because they had walk-ins and that they have to do the walk-ins first because I’m only doing a tire rotation. I told the guy what’s the point of making an appointment? All he could say was “that’s a good point.” Thanks for the time wasted.

Ended up needing a good amount of work done with my car and tires and called early Monday morning to see if anyone would be able to help. Guy on the phone from the call center was helpful, set up my appointment, then I had the pleasure of meeting Thor at the shop. I don’t normally trust ANYone working on my car and always stay on my toes to make sure I don’t get ripped off. Thor was straight up, honest, transparent, and I couldn’t recommend this place more. When people are good at what they do, and carry them selves professionally it shows. I got 4 new tires, an alignment, advice on other services, quotes and pricing all explained and all with options. I’ll be back because of Thor as a manager AND Julian as the technician. Car drove home nicer than it has in a long time..Really appreciate you guys and I’ll be back because of you! -Aaron

I bought this new car and got a flat tire within 2 weeks and called these guys. They checked out the tire and decided they will be able to fix it for free. I was so relieved they didn’t take advantage of me because I’m a woman and force me to buy a new tire for $300+ Great service. So thankful that they’re very helpful!!

I had a screw on the edge of one of my tires that could not be repaired, we needed to replace it. We called and spoke to Mike, he gave a few options, a great price and had it done in a couple of hours. Mike and his crew assisting us were very professional, pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend them and trust in there service. I can tell Mike and his crew strive too deliver excellent service. Thank you Mike & crew 👍

My friend bought a brand new car and within 2 weeks she got a flat, something punctured the tire. I put on the spare. The guys checked out the tire and patched it for free and did not try to take advantage of her. Great people 👏
