The team at this location was informative and patient with all my questions. Would definitely recommend this location. Joe and Brandon answered all my questions and sold me a set of tires at great price. Service was super fast, sorry didn't get his name. This team is professional with outstanding customer service. We will be back! Thanks guys. Bubble on tire thankfully tires still under warranty. Only had to wait a day for tire to be ordered and now I'm back on the road. Thanks guys you are truly appreciated!! Definitely spot to come if you need new tires for your ride.

I just got new tires, balanced, and aligned within a few hours. I wanted to point out how polite Brandon was which is why I’ll be back. Costumer service is more important to me now a days then service. Many car shops but very few with kindness. Vegas this is a good one ☝️

Have been taking my car to this location for a few years now and will not go anywhere else! I've gotten oil changes, new tires and strut work done here and the work is spectacular. Kenan does a great job of telling you exactly what you need and when you should get the work done. The mechanics are great as well. Once I drive off, I don't have to return until my next service. They are not pushy or upsell you anything, just honest and upfront with phenomenal customer service and car care. Thank you guys!

Great customer service! I’m definitely making this my go to place for alignments etc. Update: Tried to go somewhere else because these guys weren’t open that day, but I realized that was a mistake lol. Came right back! They are worth the wait!

I had a good experience with Ken at the Decatur location in Las Vegas. The call center kind of screwed the order up though. I recommend always contacting the direct location. But a solid team.

I had a blowout and shredded my front tire, made an appointment online 2 1/2 hrs later I was back on the road. Got a great price on 2 new tires and the the service was also great. Just wish they gave out free lolly pops !

I recommend Big Brand to anyone who wants 110% show and tell inspection results. I was upset at a dealership and thought the worst of this car but I’m glad I went there now am not worried about the situation so much . Thank guys

Stayed over an hour late to have my car done within the same day. fixed my tires/alignment and got me a new control arm. told me everything i needed to have done before doing it.

Fantastic service! Replaced my flat tire for just under $100 ... and they topped off the air in my three good tires and in my spare tire at the same time they were putting the new tire on my vehicle. I’ll definitely be back for oil changes and any other minor issues I have with my vehicle! Another great experience … patched a hole in one tire, replaced two other worn out tires and corrected both my front and rear alignment for under $350. All in under two hours. Exceptional!
