Excellent customer service. Kyle manager and Jonathan employee went out of their way to beat competitors prices. I bought 4 tires for my Kia Rio and Chevy Colorado. Jonathan stepped in today and made sure my cars were taken care of and made sure if my care needed alignments. Jonathan made sure my cars were completed on time as they were promised. Kyle, Jonathan, and Adrian made my purchase and both car needs easy. Great team. Last month I had an issue with an employee regarding his customer service and taking his time returning my car. Kyle was not there. The next day, I went back to the store and I address it with Kyle. Kyle advised me he will look into the matter and promised it will be resolved. Kyle takes his job seriously and customers complaints. As you can see, both of my cars were delivered as promised and with extra work. I totally saw the difference today compared to last month. Thank you guys for your honesty and hard work. Been a customer for 10 plus years and Will return again. Thank you Kyle for taking customers concerns seriously and making changes.

Made an appointment online the night before and then showed up at 8:55 the next morning. Was out of there in less than hour. They found a nail, pulled it out and then patched up the hole. Great friendly employees. Would definitely recommend

It’s my first time to visit this place because of my car battery issue and decided having them check everything and went for oil change, wheel alignment, cabin filter change and diagnostics. Everyone is so warm and appreciate Kyle for being honest and keeping an update on what’s going on. I’ve waited for more than two hours for all the stuffs that’s needs to be done, but I don’t mind, I’d rather wait longer and knowing that they’re really checking it properly than paying with a sub par quality of work.

We have been taking our vehicles here for several years. The service is always friendly, and we have never had a service issue. We use Big Brand to purchase tires, oil changes, new wipers, and filters. It’s our go to.

I have brought all my work and personal vehicles here for years, and they have always taken care of business and had fair pricing. Kyle has especially made sure that we were taken care of. We had one issue with the wrong tires getting installed on a cargo van and they didn’t have the correct load rating, but Kyle was more than fair with getting it switched out to the correct tires. They have always been reasonably priced and had great customer service 👍

Went in with a object in the tread of my tire they patched it even with how busy they were I was still only there for about an hour very nice customer service no complaints

Wife took tahoe there with an appointment and it took 3 and half hours and when she left the truck had no transmission fluid. They told me they don't mess with that it's a coincidence. Be careful that's all I can say
