Amazing service and so helpful. I went in with deflating tire and they put on spare and ordered new tire. Went back 2 days later and was helped immediately. Walked in both times and they worked me in and got me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish! They had to order the tire I needed so it took a few hours, but they lent me a phone charger and even gave my dog water while we waited. The people couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.

Really enjoyed the grand opening. The UT ladies and the free food made for a good turnout. All employees and vendors giving away items were very hospitable. They have always taken care of me and kept their word in making sure I was safe on the road. I appreciate the management and all the hard work the employees have put in for me. They have even stayed after hours going above and beyond to help me. Arayia and Krista always greet me with a smile. Always make sure to keep me updated throughout any services being done. They have a great team and will make sure you leave well taken care of and not break your pockets.

Awesome possum experience. They asked if I wanted the warranty but wasn’t pushing about the whole thing. Again very helpful. Devante was most patient and extremely polite. All in all, will be coming back again! They did tell me I needed New tires in the nicest way possible:)

Got my 4 sets of tires from this place for a cheaper price, low price of alignment and free oil change. What a good deal! Never had this kind of transaction that made me happy because i save more money! Saw a good reviews of this place and now i am giving them a good reviews too.. Very good costumer service. Plus the friendly staffs. Araya is the one who help me with my tires and everything, she's very nice. Thank you for making your costumers happy like me!😊 I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. I am going back to this place again next time.

They were excellent! I had a flat tire and called multiple shops in the area, and they all mentioned it might take a few days because they were busy. Even though big brand was busy this morning, they were able to squeeze me in on short notice. And on top of all of that, it was completely free!I will definitely be going there for future Tire needs.

Not all tire places are the same. Fair pricing, straightforward options, and accurate estimates on timing. Araya and the team provided excellent customer service. I was a customer before they became Big Brand and remain a loyal customer today. I recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Had never been here before but they were AWESOME. Came in to get a tire patched up and they did it FOR FREE and gave me a discount on an oil change. Staff was super friendly, which is not what I am used to dealing with whenever I go to repair shops. Will definitely be back!

I had my second flat tire in the last week of the year, so obviously I was frustrated. The first one happened early, was not able to be repaired, V and cost me hundreds. The second one happened at the end of the day. Big Brand had great reviews so I threw on the spare and rushed up there. Not only were they able to see me, they also were able to fix it and charged me zero dollars to fix it. They've earned a customer. Not only do they do tires but they're doing other repairs now. Go see them.

Incredible team. I had a flat, stumbled my way here by pure chance. These lovely people stayed late on Christmas Eve to get me a new tire. I will recommend these folks to everyone who tire service. Thank you Big Brand!

Update (Jan 2025): had a slow leak in my tire and they were able to quickly repair it and at no charge. The lady I interacted with (Araya, I think) was so helpful and kind. So glad to have this place in my neighborhood. Was very pleased with my recent experience with Tires To You. We've taken our cars there for years for new tires and tire repair. They were able to get me a tire replacement after I hit one of those new crosswalk medians they've been putting around town. Sharon especially was very kind, communicated well, and answered all my questions.
