First, let me tell you the situation: I had an issue with my rear driver’s side tire losing air. I went to Dobbs to have them inspect and identify the problem. They asked me to leave the car, saying they’d check the tire and call me with an update. Two hours later, they called and said I needed to replace three tires because they were worn out, claiming the one losing air was old and leaking for the same reason. They suggested I buy 3 or 4 new tires. I told them to just put everything back, and I’d come to pick up the car. When I arrived, they had put the spare tire on instead of the one that was leaking. I took the car home and started searching for the best deals on new tires. I found some at Walmart and planned to go there today to buy and install them. But before doing that, I decided to visit a shop run by Russian-speaking guys (which I’ll mention below ⬇️) to check the condition of my tires and confirm if they were really in such bad shape. When I arrived at this shop, the master technician checked the tread on my tires and said they were in good condition and should last for another 20-30k miles. Then he asked why I had the spare tire on. I told him the story I described above. He inspected the tire that Dobbs claimed was leaking due to wear and, in 10 seconds, found a nail stuck in it. Within 10 minutes, he fixed the issue, removed the nail, and replaced the spare tire with the repaired one. So, what’s my point? The guys at this shop are incredible, true professionals with a capital “P.” To those who’ve read this review to the end: think twice before choosing a shop to service your car to avoid being scammed. My son had a brakes issue after work and the shop was willing to have him come in immediately prior to closing and helped to diagnose the issue. They were very informative and were able to have the car done by morning. Their Kindness and willingness to help us so quickly was much appreciated. I would recommend them for all your automobile needs.

I purchased vehicle from this dealer, I had it inspected by my own mechanic, who found some issues. The dealer assured me they would fix the problems, took the car back, and claimed to have resolved everything. Trusting this, I bought the car. However, after driving 100-150 miles, the check engine light came on. Shocked, I called the dealer, who asked me to come the next day. Instead, I went the same day, and the dealer reset the code using a device, assuring me it was a minor issue. Believing him, I drove away, but after 200 miles, the check engine light returned. I then took the car to a Mercedes service center and discovered that the turbo installed was a second-copy part. When I requested a refund or partial compensation, the dealer refused. Additionally, I have not received my vehicle title, and his employee claimed ignorance, directing me to the boss, who never answers my calls. I strongly advise against buying a car from this dealer. While everything may seem fine initially, issues arise gradually after purchase, and the dealer avoids responsibility. I bought it for $8500, and you know guys, how much is costing me for repair. I called in and ask to check my tires since I had a problem, so they checked everything on the next day and fixed it for like an hour. I would say it was very fast and great quality in total. They even asked me if I had any other issues and told me that I can call anytime if anything happens again with the car.

My husband and I went to purchase a vehicle we talked to dealer and negotiated on price. It was late evening so we agreed to come back the next day with money order and did so. Only for the dealer to sell it before we got back. Don’t recommend

Brought them a car with the engine light on and leaking oil. They assured me that they will fix everything and then told me that the car is ready. When I arrived it turned out that there’s a serious problem in the engine and that they can’t repair the car. However, they charged me around $2k. I refused to pay and they REFUSE TO GIVE ME THE CAR BACK. Be careful of the Russian mafia.

I have 2018 BMW X5 35d, and serviced at this place 2804 S Bigband Blvd, Done great break job for very reasonable price and had a headlight issue but he said it is programming problem you have to take it to the dealer, Very honest youngman.You will get honest advise from this place best option for repair and regular maintanance. You will know cost of work before they start work, IF YOU OWN BMW OR ANY EUROPEAN VEHICLES, THIS PLACE IS THE BEST OPTION. Very knowledgeable and honest people.

Went there for evap leak with engine light on. Just wanted a diagnosis and told them that. They met with me after and said they took care of it for me and replaced a vacuum hose. They didn’t show me the faulty part, and they charged me when I said I didn’t want any work done yet multiple times. After a few miles, the engine light came back on, meaning they didn’t fix the problem, and they either replaced a good part or did nothing. Be careful here.
