I called ahead to check if I needed an appointment to get my tire sensor replaced, and Keishawn answered the phone with kindness and professionalism. When I arrived, I received exceptional service. Keishawn went above and beyond by contacting another establishment to coordinate payment for the repair. The entire process was quick and hassle-free. I truly appreciate all the help!

Needed a tire inspected and called right before they closed. They got me in at a 9am appointment the next morning. I got there at 8:50 that morning and by 9:28 I was ready to roll with a new tire that was needed. But they explained the problem and they had a choice of 3 different tires at different price points that would work, so I could save some money for a Merry Christmas!

These places are 100% a ripoff. Quote for brake pad replacement for front and back - $400 - 500. The 86th St location quoted $500 - 600! I drop my car off at a competitor tomorrow, pads and an oil change for under $300.

I am really disappointed by the service I received at the Glendale Best One Tire in Indy. I am a avid hot rod builder and have been for about 45 years. I was referred to Best One by a reputable business. I took my Dodge Ram 2500 4X4 to Best One. I made them aware that I had replaced the front driver side tie rod sleeve and needed a front-end alignment. I also made them aware that I had left the sleeve bolts loose so they could adjust as needed and that it would have to be tightened up after adjustments were made. A few hours later I received a phone call from the store manager asking if I had left any other bolts loose on the front end and she assured me they would tighten the sleeve bolts. I later received a call that I could pick up my truck. The next day I was driving my Dodge Ram 2500 4X4 and the front end shook suspiciously while on the highway. I went to my work site and later drove the truck home that afternoon. The shaking was much more pronounced and quite scary. I parked the truck, and that weekend jacked it up to check my front steering linkage. I found that the passenger side tie rod nut was just a few threads from falling off. Being a hot rod builder I knew that this should have been checked at the time of the front-end alignment to assure a proper alignment. I tightened the bolt and decided to check the driver side sleeve that I told the manager needed to be tightened after any adjustments needed to be made for the front alignment. I was able to make 5 full turns on the sleeve on both bolts which were NEVER tightened as we discussed. Monday 12/30 I went to speak to the manager, and she was totally disregarding the seriousness of the matter that if this tie rod bolt and/or the sleeve had come apart during driving that it would have caused a devastating vehicular. She did not care at all!! I asked her to watch the video in full so she could see what I had found, and she said she was looking for my receipt. I told her I had my receipt, and she said I don't want to see your receipt I want the store receipt. I then asked would the store receipt had any information showing why the front alignment was not done properly and she showed me this page with green & red colors (which I have on my receipt). I explained that, that all looks good BUT how was a proper alignment was performed why was the passenger side tie rod bolt about to fall off? She then said "What, do you want your money back"? And then walked away to the garage to speak to the tech that performed the front alignment. She came back and then said that her tech tightened the sleeve, which I disputed because I had tightened the sleeve after receiving the truck back, and then she said after watching the video "I trust my mechanic" She did not give a darn about the seriousness of this issue and how dangerous her mechanics lack of workmanship could have caused a serious vehicle accident and/or a fatality if that front linkage bolt had fallen off. She then told me that they would mail me a check for the full refund of the alignment and confirmed my mailing address. I will never refer this Best One in Glendale to anyone nor will I ever return. Unfortunately I am not able to download the video to this review, I am not a computer guy.

I went in for an oil change. They check a few things for you and call you when they are done. I like that. You don't feel like you have to stay there so you know when it is done. Plenty of places to walk to in the Glendale location while you are waiting.

We found a nail in our tire and were able to drive to Best-One of Indy before it went totally flat. The staff fixed it in about 30 minutes, did a great job for a good price, and were very nice and professional. Highly recommend their services. Thank you again.

When I brought my jars of peanut butter and Jelly in recently, I expected to simply be handed the offered pair of new Valvoline windshield wipers in exchange. I was not only pleasantly surprised when the polite young gentleman manning the counter informed me that Best One was installing them for me, but he and I also had a wonderful conversation about how, if it hadn’t been for Dr. Martin Luther King’s efforts, he and I would not be having the encouraging and uplifting conversation we were enjoying as those wipers were being put on my car. A perfect Thanksgiving blessing….and one well worth driving from Lebanon to experience. I highly recommend this well-run, professional, people-oriented auto service.
