Towed my car to Best One Indy @ Glendale because it would not start. Was called the next day and I formed nothing was wrong with my car. Could have been vapor in the gas line. No ironeous charges or fake diagnosis. Just clean and honest business.

I have had two excellent experiences here, thanks to the entire team, especially Keyshawn (sp?—sorry, dude) and Mandy. Fabulous deals done efficiently by honest people. My car needed a new battery and Levi ordered it so it was at the shop when I returned to town. When I called around 4pm to see if they could install it that afternoon, Alex said, “come on in, we will get you taken care of even if I have to install it myself.” Wow! Talk about Creating a Raving Fan! Alex did not end up having to do it but I was in and out in 30 minutes with a new battery. Thanks Best-One of Indy Castleton!

Amazing, high integrity people at BestOne! In March 2024, the Toyota service department said I would need a new control arm for $1669.52. Then in August 2024, Toyota recommended the same service but for $1915.40. The price difference raised my curiosity enough to provoke me to do an internet search which revealed a control arm replacement should cost much less, between $350-650. I then called around to get quotes for the same repair and BestOne said it would be $350-650 - I then made an appointment to get the work done at BestOne on 82nd Street instead of at Toyota. After the excellent BestOne mechanic assessed and also test drove my van, he concluded that the control arm is in outstanding condition and didn't require any repair- he also concluded the same thing that I did- that the clanking noise Toyota said I had, didn't exist. Levi took the time to articulately explain the control arm mechanics with me and made me feel like a valued, long time customer. If you are looking for integrity, value and an excellent customer orientation, BestOne on 82nd Street is the place to go. I and my husband will be giving every ounce of our business to them going forward.

Terrible, they cheated me. I asked him to take the tires off off my car and show me how the brakes are and ask him to check my spark plugs. He did not do none of this on top of that he charge me $55 for 15 minutes, just looking at it in the air, never go back again
