A few Saturdays ago I was having a rough time. I had to work, my son had to go to urgent care, and I was driving around on a donut from a flat the night before. I stopped at Best One on 86th hoping and praying they could fix my tire and put it on so I could drive on the highway safely. Even though they were minutes away from closing, Scott and Isaiah helped me! It was freezing out and they never complained or made me feel bad for coming so close to closing time. I was so relieved that I hugged both of them. I’ll never forget them for helping me in my time of need and with smiles on their faces. Very grateful ❤️

Knowledgeable, honest, good quality, and quick service! I brought my sedan in for a problem - it shook at high speeds. Another auto shop had quoted me $3,500 to replace 4 tires and also a bunch of mechanical front-end work. Best One scheduled me for an appointment, looked at it and said my tires are in very bad shape and that replacing them will most likely solve the problem, but to bring it back if not. I got 4 new (high-performance) tires installed and balanced for under $1,000, and it drives so smoothly! I didn't need all that other expensive work! - just remember if it's during business hours, bring the key in to the front desk; they only check the key drop slot once in the morning :)

I love going to Best One — they always take great care when servicing my car. They forgot to replace the oil cap after an oil change, but I chalk it up to regular degular human error, and I was able to find the cap in the space between my windshield and hood and pop it back on without issue.

I needed last minute work done as I was stranded after loosing my wheel stubs. They had me fixed and out the door in a couple hours. Really appreciate their ability to do that
