I cam in to have me charging system checked. Two OTHERS said I needed an alternator. YOU found a loose negative cable. Prior, I found YOU very much lower in price on a set of tires AND an oil change. YOU HAD ME FROM HELLO. Thanks for everything ❣️

First time visiting this shop and I must say I was impressed. They took care of me well, especially Tyler. They installed a leveling kit with new shocks and struts and then installed new wheels and tires. I couldn’t be happier! They were very nice and knowledgeable and got me in and out very quickly.

My vehicle was showing low tire pressure on one of my tires. I went to the Best One on Shelby Street, where I go for my vehicle needs. I explained about the low tire pressure and also asked to have my oil changed. The gentleman at the counter stated that the tire would be checked. When everything was completed, the oil was changed and I was advised that there was a nail puncture. The nail was removed and the tire patched. I was very appreciative of the fact that they went the extra mile to find the puncture. Also, they sent someone to pick up an oil filter for my Mercedes when they realized they didn’t have one in stock. On 1-16-25 I returned because it was showing low pressure. They checked it and found nails in the right rear tire. They also checked the other tires and advised that I needed new tires on the front and rear right side. I am very appreciative that they went the extra mile and told me about the problem. I did purchase the tires and they balanced all tires and completed the entire repair in a very short amount of time.

I work in the middle of the night doing maintenance for the post office and coming home that morning I nailed a pothole. My tire was ruptured but fortunately I have a run flat tire so I didn’t have to wait (or pay) for towing. I came to Best One at this location with no appointment and had my tire replaced. Mind you, the tech had to go get my replacement tire from NTW during inclement weather, have it replaced, and only two tire techs on hand. I waited much less time than expected and was able to get a good amount of sleep so I could work the same day. They were honest, professional, and had the best customer service I received anywhere since my move Florida a few months ago. A highly recommend this company and location.

I was having trouble with my windshield washer dispensing fluid. I stopped in there seeking help instead of going to the dealership. The dealership would have cost me an arm and a leg . To my surprise, they were able to fix it temporarily because it really needed two new windshield washer heads. Tyler asked me if I wanted him to order the parts and then when they came in, they would be happy to install them for me. He told me it would not take long to install and the labor would not be much. I absolutely said yes! Now keep in mind when I went there, there were only two people working. They were so backed up. Tyler said people were out sick and one person was out for a funeral. It only took them 15 minutes to fix my windshield washer. The best part of all of this is that Tyler said that there was no charge. I could have cried, I’m so appreciative, and I believe I will seek them out for any kind of maintenance I need on my car before calling the dealership. I had bought tires there before and was very pleased then. They are an outstanding and caring company and I highly recommend them.

Once again I am singing high praises to Chris Fox and staff at Best One Tires formerly known as INDY TIRE. I have been running on the low pressure tire light for a couple of weeks now. My car is older and I know the sensors are barely working. I continued to check the tire pressure and insure they were at 32 pounds of air each. I just couldn't get the low light to go off!! I finally had a day off of work and arrived early for an oil change and tire rotation. I had a commitment to be at the airport in an hour and a half. The fantastic team found 2 nails in one back tire and another nail in the other rear tire. They advised me that that they could patch or (as I knew) I needed 4 new tires. I told them I was on a time schedule and low and behold they had 4 new tires on my car and out the door in an hour!! My oil was changed the tires I chose were put on and the price was Great all within an hour. I have been a customer for many years and never have I been disappointed in their customer service and their pricing. Thank You Chris Fox and BEST ONE Southside for your continued service!! They charged to change one tire and replace my lug nut on my rear tire. It was almost 400 dollars. My car a issue that it didn't have before. Nope not coming back here
