Dealership was clean, offered coffee and a very nice greeting from the front desk. I had a coupon for an oil change that was out of date but, they honored it. I chose to wait and noticed the free WIFi and chargers were available. They informed me that the car had a small oil leak and presented me with a photo. I was further told that it is something that is a manufacturer issue and that I should not be charged for the repair at the dealership. Check out went smoothly and personable. I was very pleased by the staff and the technician. I would highly recommend them.

Best days of this business are in the past. Now it's an unbelievable greed, incompetence and dishonesty. I used to go there. My daughter used to go there. For years. This time I brought car from a different shop hoping Best west tire give me the same diagnostic but little bit better price. To my surprise Best west gave me ABSOLUTELY different reason for car not running faster than 40 miles per hours. "Water pump problem". Guys, you're a joke. Do you know what water pump for? Suddenly they gave me a call "we need take an engine apart to find other reason". Finally I gave up and came to pick up the car. I brought car there with working engine, just slow moving car. After such "diagnostic" I could drive only 10 minutes, with rattling noise and dying engine. Left it on first possible parking. Car now is only for junk yard. The funniest things they honestly think all people are stupid, technically uneducated and naïve.

I went in thinking I needed brakes replaced. Apparently it was just debris causing them to squeal. They were honest & told me I still had 30% left on my brakes & didn’t need the work. Most other shops would’ve gone ahead & done the work & took my money. These guys are very honest & fair! I won’t go anywhere else!

Took my Expedition here twice less then 2 years ago. Both time I had to immediately return it as they had messed something else up fixing the initial issues. After the second time I never went back. Now not even 2 years after have both turbos replaced by them for THOUSANDS, they need replaced again and are leaking. Of course it's outside the warranty but I know for a fact turbos aren't supposed to last less then 2 years with normal driving. I'd look somewhere else unless you want to replace what they do in a few years.

I have been going to Bestwest Tire for OVER 25 years. In addition, my 3 children’s vehicles have also used Bestwest Tire for a myriad of reasons. Folks on the north side of town are VERY FORTUNATE to have such an awesome business to support us. This shop does quality work for reasonable prices. I bought a lemon from Corwin Toyota in March of 2023 and have been bringing it here for any repairs. They fix any issue in a timely manner and the customer service is great! James is very understanding and knowledgeable regarding any repairs and explains it well to a woman that knows nothing about cars.

Truly the only shop I will go to or recommend. They always give me the breakdown of what needs to be repaired sooner rather then later and let me know which repairs are recommended for the future. They never try to upsell me things I don't actually need and never talk down to me because I'm female. Highly recomend!
