I absolutely love Best West - I have been a customer of their's for about 25 years, and the service is impeccable. They almost always repair the problem the first time, but only a couple of times I have had to return they service it either for no charge or very little. Matt has gone out of his way several times to locate parts for me that the dealer didn't even have. I trust them with my car whole-heartedly. It's been awesome to find a truly reputable mechanic.

I’ve been taking my SUV and van for maintenance and tire purchase for over 20 years now. Their prices are competitive and their service is meticulous. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It is a family-owned business which is a rare thing. Highly recommend!

Worst, worst, worst,….,very worst place to take your car for repairs! My car was vandalized in their care and nothing was done! Free yourself from any stressful situation and take your car to real mechanics! Unbelievable! Did I already mention how worthless they are?

was told that small vibration was caused by upper ball joints on 2009 subaru impreza:; this car does not have upper ball joints. all that is there is a strut attached to spindle

Everyone was very friendly, especially the mechanic that worked on my car. He fixed my car remote and installed my windshield wipers which I have forgotten I had in my trunk. Gave me some recommendations for my car. People at Best West are all about service, not just sales.
