Outrageous price for brakes and they made my tan car seat, arm rest and console black , nasty , dirty and greasy, from there greasy hands and clothes. So disrespectful.

Been a Customer 15 years or more. I had my brakes and rotors done 2 months ago and just a few hundred miles ago, on my Acura TL The rear caliper locked up so it had "eaten" the pad completely so that it was caliper on rotor,/metal on metal I stopped in a couple times and I kept missing Adam, and I prefer to only deal with him so I left a comment on here regarding the situation, and he commented back, telling me to bring the car in tomorrow, which was a couple of days ago now. I deleted that review, to add this one, I went in, He said they give a 12-month (pretty sure it was 12 months Don't quote me on that) warranty on pads and rotors, which he honored and replaced the bad parts, I just had to buy a new caliper and hose, understandably, so. Thank you, Adam, for taking care of me, always! Jeff

I just wanna say This Business has been my family since The day I brought my first car !!! 96 Toyota 😅 The first time I had to put winter tires on my car !🚗 they took care of me like family from day one!! I remember not having a lot of money To my name!!😓 They have kept me safe on the road for years after multiple vehicles, tire plugs, brake changes, alternator changes, battery changes you name it!!!! Even times when I didn’t have no money😔🙏🏾🙌🏾 This business has stood on Business For years!!!! and they continue to do it in our community🫶🏾✊🏾 I just want to say thanks, and I love y’all and the many people who has worked For y’all a lot of good hearts Mechanics Who have kept our community thriving!!! ✊🏾

Brake pads & rotors they do a great job! just remember when getting tires you r getting them at a discounted rate and these tires will not brand new.

They changed my tire for 50 they gave me a wearn down tire way less then had tread the guy put way to much air in my tire and tried to keep my custom caps now for the last week in a half it been goin fat everyday. The worst place ever there so shady.

I have returned my vehicle back to them several times to fix which is my brake pads and rotors on a dodge charger that they said needed fix front $240 and back $240. I got both fixed I thought until my car started squealing loud they say it’s going to squeal because I just got new everything but I knew something was off because it wouldn’t be squealing loud that long. I gave best deal tire a chance to fix the issue but nope still squealing loud. Now that I took it to another shop they said my front break pads are out and bad it’s so bad I can’t even drive my vehicle now I have to spend money again for what I just paid for on 4/24 break pads don’t go out fast it takes a couple years they ripped me off for my money sat there for hours just to steal my money I’m glad I have a receipt for everything plus I am a female I suggest don’t take your vehicle there search else where plus they never answer the phone. I have reported to BBB I need my refund back no time to argue with no grown men. Also always ask for a receipt they only take cash just so they can rip people off.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE TIRE PLACE DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY THEY TRY TO OVER CHARGE WOMEN AND WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR THINGS YOU DID T KNOE ABOUT AND GIVE YOU A BIG BILL IN THE END ITS NOT WORTH GETTING SCAMMED BY A BUNCH OF MEN NEVET GO HERE YOU WILL NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

Whether I’ve bought new tires or used, quality is always great and prices are great in comparison to the bigger commercial brand stores. I will travel a bit further to get my tires from these guys vs paying for additional overhead costs to bigger companies.

Every time I go it’s a problem. Most recently the owner jumped in my face as if he were going to hurt me when I expressed my concerns about the lack of professionalism from him and his untrained snd uncertified staff. He never fix the issues he and his staff caused and left me worse than when I came. (A lot worse). They don’t give receipts and only take cash. I should’ve never brought my business to them. I wouldn’t wish what they put me through on my worst enemy.
