AJ and his Team took on a special project for me which involves doing some small custom fiberglass work and body and paint finish to my aircraft engine cowls and spinner. Best Body Shop did a far Superior job and I highly recommend them for anything paint and body. Also excellent Customer Service, and fair, competitive pricing. Thanks AJ.

I highly recommend Best Body Shop. They truly gone to bat for us in getting things done for us with a very difficult insurance company. My wife was rear ended, and Best Body Shop has made sure that my wife's car was repaired back to original manufacturer specifications. This shop was reccomended to me by Doug at Amoco Westlink where I get my car serviced. I appreciate this shop's kindness, professionalism, and their efforts to answer my questions. Several things were new to me, and they graciously tried to help. There was one time when Joey went above what is required to obtain some car price information. I appreciate annd am thankful for Barbara and Joey, whom I mostly spoke with. I would highly reccomend this body shop and did so to my State Farm Insurance agent.

Although the outcome wasn't what we wanted. This place by far is the greatest service business I have ever dealt with . My daughter is in college, and we are 4 hours away. This added stress to this issue. With their guidance and transparency this was the best experience. If you are in an accident, this is by far the best place to go. (No pun intended.) :) Barb's open form of communication really helped us understand what was going on, and what was going to happen next. 12 years ago when I dealt with a body shop for repairs. I did not know if I was getting the truth. Barb was the opposite. It was easy to trust her, and follow her lead through this process. I wish more businesses of service acted in this manner.

Barbara, Clay, and the whole crew that operates Best Body Shop are absolutely amazing. I came in with what was supposed to just be a dislodged bumper. When their team checked it out, they realized I was sold a car with impact damage prior to sale from a dealership. It was covered with a new bumper, and would have never been noticed to my untrained eye. The team worked with me more than I think any other body shop would have. They called me on their days off and evenings when I had concerns or questions, gave me advice on how to talk with the dealership that sold me the car, and gave me so much patience and time while we worked everything out. I felt like a friend more than just a customer. In the end, my car was brought to pre-impact conditions and I now know my car is safe and drivable for many years to come. I absolutely recommend Best Body Shop, and am so glad I made the choice to bring my car to them.

Went to Best Body Shop yesterday to have them look at a large dent on my hood. Dropped the car off this morning, they were done in a few hours. Whole process took <24 hrs, and they did phenomenal work. Hood back to 100%. Great work, guys. Highly recommend

From day 1 when I pulled into Best Body Shop they were very kind, courteous and detailed. There process was simple, they were very informative throughout the time they had our Aviator. The finished repair looked great and they did a great job bringing the Aviator back to its original condition prior to the damage. I highly recommend Best Body Shop. Happy Holidays!!!

My job was fairly simple being a door hing replacement. But I have to say my experience was excellent. From the beginning my estimate was quick and reasonably priced in my opinion. Scheduled replacement was sooner than I thought it would be. Everything was finished on time and done right. Win Win!!

My sky-lite was leaking badly. Water would pour in.Took time to find a shop that works on them. Finally referred to BEST AUTO SHOP. Repairman came out and found problem right away and fixed it. Then they would not except any payment. They were so kind. Where else would you ever find such kind working people. I would refer this shop to anyone for any problem. BEST service I ever received. I will never use another.

Absolutely the BEST experience I’ve ever had with any vehicle repair. Highly recommend! Not only did they make sure my vehicle was repaired properly according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and used the parts that the manufacturer calls for, for the safety of my vehicle, they also helped walk me through the entire process of how to handle the insurance side of things, making sure I was taken care of. As long as I live in Wichita I will use Best Body Shop for all my repairs. Not only did they go over the entire process with me before choosing them, their communication level is impeccable! They constantly kept me informed with the progress of the repairs several times a week. They found other things wrong with it and stopped immediately to call me and let me know so IIIIIIII could make thay decision instead of them just doing it. Their level of professionalism and transparency is impeccable! When it came time for insurance to pay their part and they refused to, Best Body Shop gave me all the information I needed to fight the insurance company to get it resolved. My car though...it's BEAUTIFUL!!!! They not only repaired it but they did a full detail inside and out so when I picked her up she was looking fresh and shiny and smelt great! The little things are what matter sometimes and there was no lack in their attention to detail! And side note...I love their logo...especially the B in their logo...my first name starts with a B and when I saw the decal they put on my back window...UGH I can't explain how BIG of a smile I had on my face! Had our car towed to Best Body Shop after a deer strike based on Google reviews and advertising. Insurance adjuster looked at the vehicle and sent an estimate within two days. Best requested a in person review of the car. Agent stated an in person review was very unconventional and suggested based on recent experience to not sign their agreement because it makes me responsible and takes the negotiation leverage away from the insurance adjuster. I expressed in my meeting with Best that I was only interested in paying my deductible and they should work with the insurance adjuster for the balance. Best refused my request to sign something that made them work with the insurance company stating, “We don’t work that way, we work for you the customer.” After further discussion with my agent, we decided to move the car to another shop. They stated if it wasn’t moved in 24 hours, they would charge storage fees. New shop was MUCH easier to deal with and later learned my experience wasn’t at all unique. Beware, their practices are not common and they have the reputation in the insurance industry of being extremely costly and difficult to deal with..

Had scrapped the back left side of my car Took it Best Body Shop. Joey indicated the paint might just be able to be rubb off . AJ happened come out, Joey asked him to take a look, AJ asked for my keys. In 10 minutes he had it shiny new. the places had quoted several thousand to fix. I have always been one who is for supporting the mom and pop places. I was referred here by a friend. Upon my very first interaction with the owner he was warm, friendly, and incredibly professional. In the meeting he took the time to educate us how the process was truly going to work. I was thankful to learn that his business prided itself at doing things the correct way per manufacturer specs rather that with less expensive, less safe, aftermarket parts and repairs. With confidence we left our vehicle with him. A few days later we were given the sad news that unfortunately our teen daughter's car was probably going to be totalled. ln all honesty he was right. The process was gruesome. We underestimated his warning and thought it would be simple enough to deal directly with the insurance company who represented the person who drove the semi that hit our daughter's car. It was a daunting stressful task that lasted far too long. Throughout the whole process there were several communications between Clay (owner), his wife Barb, and the help. Everyone was so kind and knew our names. Clay always made time to talk to us and arm us with tools to navigate through this mess. At one point we we're feeling discouraged, exhausted, and stressed. We were humbled by Clay's offer to pray with us. ♥️ Finally we had to just let our own insurance handle the rest. Even when we started to shop for a new to us vehicle he offered to be a first stop to check over the vehicles to ensure the quality and safety. He looked over a few different cars for us and helped us stay clear of a couple that would not have been a safe choice do to past body work. Which by the way had been done incompletely and incorrectly in spite of the clean Carfax. He even put the cars on a monitor to see all the warning alerts over the life of it thus far. The prayers, information, and knowledge he so eagerly shared with us empowered us to make the best choice for our daughter. In the end we feel that we gained a trusted place where we know we can always take our vehicles for body work. More importantly we gained some friends. These people are salt of the earth, honest, good people. We are so thankful and appreciative. We will send everyone we know here. I hope we do not have need to go back but should a need arise. We know right where to go.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I must add that unfortunately we had another vehicle that had to see the body shop. As always, the people there treated us like family, were thorough, and 100% there to help through every step of the grueling and stressful process making it as pleasant as could be. I hope I never have a need to go back. But should a problem arise, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! They really are the BEST BODY SHOP ❤️
