This business damaged my cars bumper while it was at the shop and I have proof. The owner (Carlos) wouldn't fix the damage, so I took him to court and won. He still hasn't paid me for the damage he caused to my car after I won the lawsuit. The photos are of my car when it was dropped off by the tow truck driver and you can see there was no hole, then what my car looked like when picking it up.

Five huge stars for Carlos and his team. These guys are awesome! They have always taken care of any issue I've ever had with my truck and I wouldn't dream of taking it elsewhere. I truly appreciate Carlos' honesty, whether I like what he has to tell me or not. Give them a try if you want a mechanic who will treat you honestly and fairly.

Carlos go's above and beyond all others ! I got my engine replaced.all the other shop wanted 3× the amount and still would not of fixed the miner body problems this guy is a ounce in a lifetime Mechanic. Thanks again!

If you are looking for an honest mechanic, this is the place to go. It is hard to find honest car shops like this one that won't pad the bill, etc.

I called to inquire if they perform a repair service and make an appointment but the person who picked my call didn't let me finish and hung up on me saying they were booked. I wanted other dates.

Best Automobile is one of the best mechanical workshops, Carlos and his team fixed my F150 after a mechanical failure and left it like new. I have been their client for more than 20 years and I do not trust my cars to anyone other than Carlos.

This shop use to be good but this time he kept my truck for 2 months just to change something on the dash my ac is no longer working gave it back with two tires on flat and problem was never fixed ……on top of that he blocked my phone number and had for sale signs on my truck……

These guys do good and inexpensive work. Had them do a whole brake job all four breaks and rotors and fluid flush and it was quick but they torqued my lug nuts down hella tight. I stripped a nut using the socket that comes with the car. Had them put my winter tires on and two of the tires were put on backwards. I'll come back here for sure but just keep your head up.

Called to ask about the diagnostic fee and if it would be separate fee or included in the repair. Guy named Carlos got snippy and sarcastic and said “would you take the car to a dealer just for them to tell you what color it is” as I asked for him to clarify what he meant, he JUST HUNG UP on me! Real professional. He did not live up to the reviews written.

They were super helpful! I hadn't managed to buy the part I needed, but they went out of their way to go pick it up for me and did fantastic work to get my car back up and running smoothly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone! Don't let the exterior fool you, it doesn't look like much and is kind of hidden by some trees, but the people here are wonderful.

Same experience as many, came here as a recommendation from a good friend, for some repairs on my Toyota RAV 4. Not only did I receive a fair price, it was explained to me in detail, what was done, and why. I feel here repairs are done, as they are necessary and not as up sale, to eat away at your pocket.

This is by far the best automotive shop in town. They are always reliable and fair. The quotes they give beat the rest and the turn around on service is fast. I come here because it feels like I am taken care of as if I was family.

I was given a diagnosis of a car repair that was weighing heavy on me. It was a big repair and expensive at that. A friend of mine suggested I'd check out Carlos from Best Automotive. Not only was the car completely misdiagnosed, the issues I did have ended up getting repaired for $320 instead of the other repair shop's $1500. Trust is easily lost when it comes to repair shops so guess where I will return back to in the future? (my car is old) Thanks Carlos!
