Just had my oil changed today. Ali was very polite, efficient, answered all of my questions throughly, and told me what my vehicle will be due for on my next oil change. I do not drive a lot of miles so this oil change will last me quite awhile. Will continue going here for my oil changes. I could not have asked for better service!

Had to make an emergency run over to Berrys after the dealership over tightened my oil filter and I couldn’t get it off. Ali at Berrys had the filter off in a few seconds. Next time I’ll just have Berrys do it, save myself time and aggravation. Huge thank you to Ali for saving my afternoon!!

This place will break your car and try to upsell you on services you do not need. In the process of filing complaints against them with the state. Stay away!!!

Been going here for years, the new owner was nice and handled everything without any issues. Went the extra mile to replace the cabin filter, which I didn't even know about. I'll continue to have my car serviced here.

I just went to get my transmission fluid changed. John amd G were thorough, nice and explained everything well. My car ended up needing more coolant too. They did various other things to help improve the quality of my car as well. They earned a permanent customer today. Would recommend Barry's to anyone! Update- Just got my oil changed with Ali. He advised me that my oil pan is leaking. I was able to contact the people that replaces it and make an appointment to come in and have it repaired. Ali even took pictures of where the leaks are at and gave them to me. Very helpful.

I stopped by on my way home from work the day before Thanksgiving. I asked the young man (I believe he was working alone) to check to see if I needed oil change and to please add air to tires because my tires were low. I didn't get the workers name, but just wanted to say he was polite, helpful and went above and beyond. I believe great customer service should be recognized and want to say this young man was wonderful!

Alhi (im not sure if thats how you spell his name but he said he was the store manager) was very very kind today when completing my boyfriends oil change. I felt as if he really cared about making sure we understood what was going on and he even gave us some advice. This was definitely a 10/10 job.

Took my vehicle here several times no issue. Thought I could trust this shop. Turns out I was wrong. Brought my gfs car in and they destroyed the shield plate underneath the car. Came back for them to “fix it” and it then fell off again on the highway. The car is 3 yrs old… Contacted them again and went in person. The owner has never responded and now I’m paying $500 for the dealer to repair what should’ve been a simple oil change. Take your vehicle elsewhere, now I have to go through my own vehicle to double check things were put back properly. The lack of attention to detail is underwhelming and inability to simply take 5 mins to contact someone is ridiculous after messing their vehicle up.

Ali and Johnny went above and beyond for my husband and I. We called ahead of time for an oil change and was running behind schedule. They graciously offered to stay open a little later to get us in for our very overdue oil change. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very friendly. Will definitely be bringing all of our cars here from now on. Thank you both so much!

I had the day off and decided to do an oil change. Unfortunately, it all didn't go as planned. At the last minute I retreated when the oil drain plug wouldn't come off. Just before Berry's was to close I talked to Ali and he let me come on in and they took good care of me. Keyway was so knowledgeable and shared tips with me as well as Ali did. These guys are super great and if you're in the area or close I sure would recommend them. Let's share the compliments for these guys! Thanks a lot.

This is my second time bringing a vehicle to Berry's. Both the employees and service are top rate. The service checklist was done completely and the pricing was competitive or better than area shops. I would recommend this establishment.
