Love this car repair shop. Mr. Bennett is consistently trying to save me money. All of the guys at the shop are awesome at their jobs. Bottom line. I trust Mr. Bennett.

Friendly, experienced staff. Repair was done timely. Communication was a little off in my case which created an issue for me, but overall I would recommend.

This is the place that keeps me confident in driving a BMW. If it weren’t for this place I certainly wouldn’t deal with the BMW service department. These guys are professionals that don’t take advantage of their customers and always do the job right!

Took my bmw for a issue with no audio from my stereo. Nothing out of the ordinary for older bmw. I discovered an oil huge leak when I returned home. Being that i have a driveway and garage the leak was pretty obvious. The gasket on the oil pump on the front of my 6 series was half missing. Cut! A SECTION INTENTIONALLY MAKE MY VEHICLE LEAK LIKE CRAZY!!! Well this time guys you screwed up. That gasket only takes 15 min to change. I know. I changed the gasket 2 weeks prior to bringing in for service. And then again after I got my car from these crooks.

We have used Bennett’s since they had their satellite location near the Summit …and liked them so much that we followed him to his main downtown location. Good quality work at an honest price. While he may not have fancy water it is easily 1/3 less off the price of the dealership - and you will not have to wait weeks for an appointment.

The best mechanic in town for European cars works here. He is a mechanical master and a really nice guy. His name is Mike Renz. You will not be disappointed!

There is an excellent mechanic, a master mechanic, that works at this European car repair business. Probably one of the best in town. His name is Mike Renz. I've had nothing but great service from this business. And I have not had great experiences at other car repair shops in Birmingham. I highly recommend taking a European car to this shop for repair.

This was a horrible experience the service that was suppose to be provided was not in a timely fashion, vehicle stayed until he was ready to look at igot the vehicle back after the repair it was more damage than before,he purposely let an important component loose that could cause more damage .Had to go to another shop as soon as I left.I would not recommend this place to anyone you try to give people the benefit of doubt even though they act a shady way.Lesson is definitely learned I was skeptical at first about contacting this place but a repair was needed. He should not even be in business the way he casually hands a car back to a customer and not being totally fixed. There is a very honest mechanic shop off Roebuck parkway that does excellent repairs he confirmed that Bennett’s Motor World had smashed and dented delicate parts on my car don’t trust the phony smile the parts are overpriced they will tear up your car and leave you stranded.FYI take a look at the people he will have working on your car you will definitely take it somewhere else.

Took my car in for a diagnostic scan but they were unable to give me a definite answer on what the issue was so they didn't charge me for the scan. Overall very helpful and nice people

I'd taken my BMW to Bennett's location at the Summit which is now closed due to an issue with the serpentine belt, there was an oil leak in the filter housing which leaked on the belt causing it to deteriorate and break. Bennett's repaired the vehicle and I was back on the road but had a fault that they told me BMW would need to look at because it would clear. I thought that maybe the VANOS was damaged and when they inspected the VANOS the was apparently an issue with the eccentric camshaft motor. They replaced ECM and while doing the repair they noted pieces of the serpentine belt around the engine. I went in to see and there were pieces of belt visible without even removing the crankshaft. The Belt was ingested by the engine and which destroyed the motor. BMW advised that its common on all the N5X motors and when replacing a serpentine belt its something they inspect to ensure a customer's engine is not destroyed like mine. I went to Bennett and talked to the owner (who hadn't inspected the vehicle btw) and ultimately he asked me to leave his establishment and would not provide me with information I requested without cause of action being filed against him in court. I would not recommend Bennett's to anyone. Thanks.

They are great. Been taking my Mercedes to them for years. Like that they are locally owned operated.
