Very responsive and clear communication. Knowledgeable about foreign automobiles and did a good job on our Mercedes. We will be shipping our Audi to Dallas and will be taking it to Bennett Motor Werks. Trustworthy and timely.

I must say that the service was superior to all I have ever experienced. From the automated answering system to the receptionist, my experience was fantastic. I have never experienced such a detailed job on my diagnostic. The picture by picture was totally unexpected with details to follow. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else but here. The owner made my experience super comfortable and easy to work with. The prices were very competitive and below my expectations. My BMW was shown so much love and care. You have a client for life. I’ve worked with Bennett Motor Werks for years. In my experience, their rates are reasonable. Even more important, they’re honest: They’ll actually tell you if something doesn’t need to be done or can be put off until later. And if course, they do good work.

I took my car a Mercedes Benz with multiple problems to Bennett Motor Werks for the first time for repair. I was impressed how quickly they found the problem and fixed it, the other German Motor Shop where I took my car before gave up on me because they said they cannot solved the problem. I am glad that I found Bennett Motor Werk and I thank them for the job well done.

We had a great experience at Bennett's. They diagnosed the problems of our 10 yr old Camaro correctly and fast. They worked with our warranty company and took cared of covered repairs. Previously we took the car to the Chevy dealership. Dealership misdiagnosed what was needed and quoted outrageous amount that wasn't covered by the warranty. When we refused the "repairs", dealership charged us $150 service fee anyways. Never again! I trust the people at Bennett Motorwerks.

I recently visited Bennett Motor Werks in Dallas, Texas with my Porsche 981 Boxster S because the roof was stopping during the raising or retracting process. I initially thought it was the dreaded microswitches problem. The team at Bennett Motor Werks was incredibly helpful and thorough in diagnosing the issue. They discovered that the master switch was intermittently failing, not the microswitches. They ordered the necessary part, and the problem was promptly fixed. I am extremely satisfied with their service and expertise. Bennett Motor Werks provided excellent customer care, and I highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable and professional automotive service.

Above and Beyond is the right way to put it. I bought a used car from them and my car buying experience with them was just awesome. They work with the customers. Their inventory is small, but the prices are very, very competitive. I would buy from them again.

Bennett was able to ID the problem (leaking valve gasket), and did good work to fix it for a fair price. They also inspected my old car for other issues at no charge, which will help prevent breakdowns. Thanks, Bennett! Five Stars!

Excellent service!!! I brought my BMW 2009 to Bennett Motor Werks after expending over a thousand dollars in another place in two separate occasions. I had an issue with acceleration and engine misfires. They fix it in the first place. Thanks to God I didn’t do other maintenance like brakes, suspension in the other place and I was able to do that in Bennett motor Werks. A fifteen years old car engine, brakes and steering feels like just going out of the dealership. I certainly will recommend to family and friends. Mike the owner and Jeff were awesome.

We purchased a used car through Michael Bennett a couple of years ago and it was a very good experience. The car was just what we were looking for and it’s been a great car for us! Unfortunate UPDATE: 2/15/2024 - Went back because of past experience to get an oil change, drive belt replacement, brake service and some other maintenance things done. Unfortunately, we were charged 40% more than Porsche list price on the front pads and 5% (I could live with this) more than list on the rears (not sure why the different % over list?). I brought this to the attention of Jeff (service mgr) within an hour of picking up the car because $2,700 for a brake job seemed high to me and we had discussed some parts pricing prior. I was sure it was just a clerical error. After reaching out a couple times I was informed by Mike (owner) that they have to charge more than a Porsche dealer for parts because of shipping cost and to warranty. I was also told that I authorized the pricing in their on-line system (which I did click the approve buttons) so my advice is to check all pricing they present prior to clicking the approve buttons because if it's not correct they are not going to adjust after. Don't make assumptions that parts won't cost more than at a Porsche dealer. Sorry but we won't be back unless it's warranty work (since we apparently paid extra for that). I really thought we had found a honest independent shop to support but guess I'll have to find another one... Had to bump them to a 3 star since I really can't recommend anymore. My Previous Reviews: Mike and his crew diagnosed and repaired an issue with my 911 and was able to source a component of a harness that Porsche would only sell as a unit. Saved significant dollars. Car was there for a limited time and repair was done fast. They are knowledgeable and easy to deal with. My past independent Porsche mechanic/shop had recently closed so was very happy to find Bennett Motor Werks and will be using them again in the future. 2/3/2023 - Well they nailed it again, replaced a steering wheel and did a service. Even stayed a few minutes late on a Friday so I could pick it up.
