I called and asked if they were able to check the transmission fluid level in my car and they were able to get me in the same day to service my vehicle. I'm very appreciative of their services. They are always professional and transparent.

I would not come here the fact that they are not able to give you a quote on brake work is questionable and tells me that they don’t know what they’re doing. It’s 2025 You should be able to provide a quote on a service you offer.

I brought my car in because I heard a knocking sound every time I turned. I called Bemer and spoke with Paul. He was extremely polite and asked me to bring my car in for a free inspection. Once they identified my issue they immediately asked for my warranty information. From that point until I got my car back, Patrick handled everything. They even got me a rental car and I ended up not having to pay anything out of pocket! I ran into Shane (owner) while I was there and he Introduced himself. I was sincerely delighted by the level of professionalism everyone showed me. I will definitely be bringing my car to Bemer going forward.

I was referred to the shop by my niece. I have had the best experience using Beamer Plus for my automotive needs. Fred and his team are the best mechanics ever and very trustworthy. The office administrative team is awesome . Shanique is always helpful and on top of my invoicing, Patrick is very informative with questions and Shaun does everything possible to make the “car trouble” experience as less stressful as possible. They all are very pleasant and professional. I will use Beamer Plus for any and all of my car needs.

I highly recommend Bemer Plus. I have taken my car 2 times over the last 2 months for different issues. Once for a transmission issue and once caused by another shop. I’ve had great experiences with great customer service, very knowledgeable staff and seasonable prices. The shop went above and beyond to make sure the repair was right. They do not try to take advantage of you as a Woman! They are very professional, honest and efficient.
