"I recently had my car serviced at Belton Transmission and Auto Repair for a persistent oil leak. I was impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the mechanics. They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided a detailed estimate for the repairs. The repair was completed promptly and to a high standard. The mechanics took the time to explain the work they did, what was needed and they even let me know about some other unrelated issues to prioritize future repairs I've been driving my truck for a week now, and the oil leak is completely gone. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing car repairs.

Alex and his team was able to get my car checked and serviced in a timely manner. I had some coolant hoses that needed to be replaced. I'm satisfied with the work they did on the car, and the friendly customer service.

I had to take my vehicle to these guys twice last year around Christmas and the problem still persisted. I eventually looked up how to diagnose the issue and found what was wrong. I took it to a different mechanic after paying way too much for Belton Transmission to play with themselves in my car. Of course, the second mechanic fixed it and I didn’t have any issues. The owner had a good Christmas on my dime. Don’t trust these hacks.

We have taken multiple vehicles here over the years and had nothing but awesome experiences every time. The team there is friendly, honest and quick to complete work. Our latest experience was made even better with their new system which produces a report you can view prior to approving work which shows exact diagnosis and the price of each repair. I’ve taken my vehicle here for a few different repairs and I can say nothing but good things about this place, the people working here are very friendly and keep you updated! They do good quality work and try to get your car done as soon as they can! I definitely recommend coming here

Terrible. Took my Ford escort there for soft brake lines, witch they replaced fine. But now my engine has a tick that wasn't there when I took it in. I know for sure that who ever test drove it was hard ony engine. Then tooky wife's fiesta up here for an engine failure. They were not willing to even try to fix it. They just wanted they're 180 bucks for looking at it with nothing else done. Lazy, unprofessional, and even worse terrible liars that wish they were the scam artists they see themselves as. Took my wife's fiesta to a different shop and that shop was much better to work with. Never taking business here again. Always telling anyone who asks to go to a different shop. Just take your vehicle out of Belton. Every place here is pathetic and a useless money put that gives no results.

I always bring my cars here. I like how you can leave your car after hours and there is a key drop. They have you fill out a form and then get back to you with an estimate. I feel like they both helpful, organized and honest.

Honestly, one of the worst experiences I've had with auto repair. I took my VW in on August 6th for a coolant leak. I informed the shop that I had not been driving on it hot/overheated as my car had a safety mechanism in place that prevents overheating by shutting off, which they proceeded to completely ignore. I waited a week, was told I needed a completely new motor which would have run me $15K. I said I wanted to go through my warranty company, and they protested saying that they would never cover it and refused to call them the 3/4 times that I asked and requested I call my company and have the company call them. My warranty company obliged and sent over an inspector (after pulling teeth to get him there) which the shop then were uncooperative with. I was informed that they didn't want to run the tests asked of them and also refused to allow the inspector to assist in the inspection of the motor. By this time it had been nearly three weeks with nothing done (and me with no car) and only a quote for what was the same price as the vehicle. Ultimately, I ended up going to a different shop on the recommendation of my warranty company. This new shop did the tests asked of them and found I only needed a new radiator and radiator support. This fix cost me $1K and I had my car back in two weeks. I am extremely disappointed with how condescending and unprofessional it was working with Belton Transmission. I went there on recommendation of a close friend (A Male) who even called ahead and let them know I was coming. When I arrived and expressed who I was, their face dropped and immediately changed their demeanor. I don't know what the issue was, but overall it was not a happy experience even down to picking up my vehicle. When I went to pick up my car, no one was at the shop (even though it was 30 minutes before close) and my car was left unattended and unlocked. I was able to take it without having my keys which were still inside the shop. They didn't even know it was me who took it until the next day when I came to pick up said keys. I wish I could leave negative stars cause that's how upset I was at this situation. From my perspective they don't want to fix your car, they just want your money. Do not waste your time or your money with this place.

They were very helpful with fixing our pickup. They found the problem explained to us what was causing the problemed. The pickup drove great it was nice to have a smooth ride again. It is working great. Thank you

All employees are knowledgeable about your vehicle. They only fix/repair the problem you have when you make the appointment. If they do find anything else, they ask if you want it repaired that day. If you don’t, they print out the repair needed and the estimate.

Shaddy. Do not trust! Told we need new transmission most likely because there were metal shards in the fluid but will start with $550 flush to make sure. Told we will go somewhere else for a 2nd opinion, took $200 off the flush and did not mention metal shards anymore. Cost $125 to get it fixed.
