Recently serviced at Belle Tire on South Telegraph Pontiac. What wonderful service I received. After going to Lunghammer in Waterford 3 times in one week, Lunghammer could not fix it. The problem was fixed in less than 10 minutes at Belle Tire. I am so grateful. Thank you!

Bought 4 tires month or two later had nail in front tire,went to g t fixed,said not today for a ten minute job.....Not cool at all spent lot of money there over the years,what ever happened to satisfaction garrented👎

I came in for an alignment after replacing all my suspension on my truck. For reference, my truck is a 03 project of mine that I daily in the winter. They didn't give me any hassle about the rust or tried selling me a bunch of other work and had it in and out in no time, even without an appointment. Will gladly be bringing them more work when needed

One of your employees were very Arrogant, all I needed was air in my tire and he was going to make me wait three hours. It takes less than five minutes to put air in a tire, I would not have taken any time. at all!!!!!

Everyone is very curious, helpful with any and all questions, very good with vehicles, do a great job. Terry is one of the best mechanics that I know, Ronnie the manager is one of the best managers I've ever met, they are all honest and do great work. I recommend everyone to choose this Belle Tire over any other place.

I called this store after calling my usual store (which told me I would have to wait 6-7hrs or leave my car). This store told me if I came in the wait was about an hour. They were nice, professional and they had me in and out in 45 minutes. Great experience!

Curt Marshall was a life saver and a Godsend when my daughter's car needed service. He and the mechanic on duty helped us beyond any normal service requirements kindly and quickly. They were able to find a difficult to find part to get us on the road again. Curt was there on Friday the 13th when I needed some good luck!

Living in Michigan is hard on your tires and getting a lifetime guarantee on your tires is actually such a valuable service. Had a couple instances where there was a nail or something in my tires and they always squeezed me in to fix my tires quickly. Big fan of this place and their service team.

Sorry, should have reviewed this many months ago! When I got a new set of tires, I had a little bit of an issue with them that I noticed when I got home. I went back and brought it to the attention of the front desk employees, ended up speaking with the manager, Ronnie, and he spoke with his team. The technician that worked on it did say that there was an issue and Ronnie took care of the problem with corporate very satisfactorily. While not having an issue at all is preferred, the way Ronnie handled the situation really showed that he respects both his team (they don't try and hide mistakes, they learn from them) and his customers (their satisfaction is important), and that kind of integrity is hard to find any more. Handling things when everything is going smoothly is easy, but how one handles a problem is very telling, and this was handled in a calm, cooperative manner, that I hope was reasonable for both parties.

The company I work for takes our vehicles here for repairs and I take my personal vehicle here for repairs because they are honest and do a good job a lot of Bell Tires are individually owned and this one is honest they have taken care of me countless times

This is by far the best Bell Tire location. Ronnie is always so helpful and patient. I came in to check a tire out, and I was having a day becaue i also needed a rim, end up busting out in tears, on one of the reps named Curtis. The univerise was right on time with Curtis, he is very knowledgeable and and helpful with deciding the best fit of tire for your drive style as well as the tire protection options. (Always get the tire protection, you will not regret it)

Had a puncture in my tire. Was able to put on the spare and drop off the damaged tire to Belle Tire early in the morning. They had it back to me in roughly an hour. Really good friendly service.
