This location sucks. First of all I brought a wheel in with a nail in the tire. They told me that the tires were too worn and old to patch. these tires were 6 months old, and as i was explaining that the guy was trying to sell me a new set of 4 tires. Then, today i went to put air in my tires, Not only did it not increase the psi, It lost psi in each tire by 5. Save your time and go to the White Lake location.

Bell tire took care of my flat tire, had to leave my car overnight since they were jammed but they kindly put my car inside for the next day. I appreciated the extra step. Great job!

I’m so disappointed in this store. I’ve never had to deal with such immaturity and bad customer service. As a teenage, I’m under-looked and not taken serious. I had payed close to 1,000 dollars on a set of 4 tires, and an alignment. I went into the store at 8am due to the fact they told me over the phone to just come into the store in the morning. Not telling me to make an appointment or anything, as they told me not to, I came in expecting an hour of work. He had told me it might be close to 2 due to the amount of cars. I was not mad, and waited patiently. Come around 12, I was still there and the car was just being started. I sit there shocked, not wanting to start any confrontation due to the workers lack of care. By close to 1:30, the car is finally done. I was surprised there was no apology, no compensation, nothing. The whole time I was waiting for the FIVE hours, I see customers walking in and getting tires and alignments done in 30 mins, 1 hour max. I counted maybe 6 customers that came in after me and got it done before me, all of which did not have appointments. It seemed they were picking and choosing who they want to get done first. I will never be going back to this location.

Belle tire other locations have treated me well in the past. Today was a different experience. The guy called me told me I need a front end alignment no surprise. He sounded bummed when I told him I bought the warranty last time I bought tires. When I went to pick up. They had my car in the back lot. I had to walk around the building to get my car. First time for that. I wasn't pleased they left behind plastic car seat cover and paper floor mat. I may shop at Belle tire again unlikely I'd return to the shop on Dixie in Waterford.

Don’t believe the bought and paid for reviews of this place. They messed up my 2016 Chrysler 300S. Expected me to pay to fix their incompetence. I know dealer prices can be expensive. However chances are your going to spend money on something you do not need or to fix something they screw up like over tightening lug nuts, broken wheel studs, damaged hoses ect. It’s not worth the time or hassle. Dont give these people your hard earned money.

Had a leak repaired. Every time I have service they do a good job. The only problem is when I switch from Summer to Winter tires,or vice versa they can never pair the TPMS correctly (2014 Toyota Prius). After 10 miles, it indicates a TPMS malfunction. Summer and Winter both have TPMS, so no need to transfer, just pairing it correctly. Even when I drop it off for other repairs and mention it, they never seem to do anything to pair it correctly. Not really a big deal other than having low tire light on all the time. Otherwise, service is always excellent.

I went in close to closing time with a low tire. They treated me with respect and courtesy. They took the tire off, checked it out, and ended up replacing the valve stem. Oh - and they didn't charge me anything

In a pinch, with an unforseen afternoon off I was able to call them and have the decent amount of work done within about 2 hours. Totally impressed with their timeliness, customer service and of course work rendered. Thank you, Belle Tire in Waterford!

These guys did almost 2 hours of work and I ended up not being able to get the items needed to fix the tire. They put the full size spare that I had on it and didn't charge me for anything. They did everything they could to try and get me on the road but I just didn't have the cash to do it. So they did everything they could to try to make it work. Awesome group of mechanics and front office staff (salesmen). This is why I always take my vehicles to them when I can. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I didn't have to spend $1,000 or more so they didn't consider me a real customer I had many jobs. One was delivering parts to Belle tire Dixie. The tool bag running up to the counter heard it was under $1,000 he didn't have time. When I delivered parts they always wanted them before I delivered to the other dealerships that I actually worked for. Do not trust this location. Go to White lake or hartland. They don't care about Waterford customers

I will never go back to this location. I set up an appointment on Saturday for this Monday, and I was there before they opened. Drop my truck off for a new set of tires, a $1.400 dollar bill, and when I come back to pick my truck 8 1/2 hours later, my truck was never touched, so you guys can KMA I will let everyone know how I was treated.

Had 2 nails in both back tires. Showed up at 7am 1 hour before they opened. Was the 1st one in the store. 3 cars got serviced before mine did. Note: I bought all 4 tires from this shop. I will not be returning for new tires at Belle. Take care of your customers in a first come first serve order. It's called being fair.

I'm an elderly woman on my way to a less than stellar destination and have a low tire. It was 12:30 and I couldn't miss 1pm meeting. I stop at Dixie location where I was put back on my way in minutes and charged NOTHING by them putting on my spare. I am so impressed, i HAD to review. Thx Belle Tire!

Really awesome job JD and his crew did we had a blowout across the street and were working and they were slammed but he and his crew were able to get us back and running within 45 mins so kudos to this bell tire JD and his crew for that nice to know customer service is a priority for them if you need tires or servicing and your in Waterford or surrounding area please check them out ask for JD and tell them Brad and jeff with the brick guys sent you!!!
