Got new expensive tires. Every time I go there they FIND something else that my car NEEDS REPAIRED. Said my struts were leaking and they'd replace for $2000. Looked at them and they were NOT leaking. Watch them trying to pull it off of someone who doesn't know any better and what to look for. After I looked at them, they changed there mind and said they really weren't very bad and would be ok

Excellent customer service just doesn't seem like enough. The staff has provided the best customer service I have had from an automotive repair shop. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The repair technicians appear to be enjoying their work which has translated into quality work being completed on my vehicle. After purchasing the first set of tires from this location, the experience made it an easy decision on where to purchase tires for two other vehicles needing new tread. The staff and technicians have provided exceptional service after the initial tire purchases. They have services or vehicles for oil changes, tire repair due to nails, and mechanical issues.

I went to Belle tire today for a valve stem repair after everything was done and it took about an hour. I come to find out that it was not my valve stem. I had a leak from the seal around my tire.! Their service was amazing. They did everything imaginable, and they charge me nothing! Thank you! My next service for my oil change will be with them! Not only the mechanic, but all the service people were very nice and treated me with respect! I will give these guys a five star over and over. Thank you for taking care of me today.

Justin, Chris and Cory were awesome and took care of my car. I had a slow leak from a pothole and the guys at Belle Tire got me back on the road quickly and for a fair price. I didn't have an appointment but was able to walk in and drop my keys off just after they opened and had my car back before the end of the day. My new trusted car shop on the southside! Thanks guys!

Not a very good experience here, so forgive the ranting... My son is a 16 year old new driver who took his flat tire here on a Tuesday morning to see if it could be patched. They kept the tire and wheel for about 4 days while he kept checking in over the phone trying to get an answer. He finally went there in person on a Friday afternoon and they told him he needed a new tire. They charged him over 270 dollars and asked him to bring his car the next day (why charge a day earlier??). Anyways, he brought his car there next morning (Saturday) and walked to work from there since it's very nearby. They told him they would call him when ready. They waited until almost end of day to call, but my son's cell was dead and they left a bogus voicemail about having "more info about the tire". By the time my son went there, they had closed and kept his car. My son had to walk for miles in freezing weather on main Southport road to get home and he couldn't do anything until the next Monday since they are closed on Sundays. In the end, they didn't even put the new tire on the wheel since there was a bent spot on it. I asked for a refund and took my business somewhere else.

Do not trust these people they don't care about you only there pockets I will never go to this belle tire again. I went to get an alignment and was quoted something relating to it and was not needed. Just so they can get extra commission these people are not service writers just salespeople plain and simple thristing for your hard earned money and then they laugh at you when you leave knowing they have successfully took your cash. Now tell me is this the type of mechanic you want to trust to fix your vehicle?

Let's just say I write more positive reviews than negative to start things off. I came in today with a scheduled appt at 830am and after arriving at 820am we had checkin. My appt was to have 2 tires evaluated for a used car I purchased and wanted another set of eyes to look at tread wear. Purchased the car in Ohio 2 weeks earlier and during transaction I said the front looks a little worn, but the back tires have great tread. The dealership just got the car in and performed an oil change and alignment on the car as part of the inspection. offered to get 2 tires for me and add onto price, but agreed back tires looked good with about 80% tread still available. This brings me to today. Within 10 minutes the gentlemen tells me I need new tires. I said I agreed so let's replace those 2. He says no you need 4 because with an AWD that is needed. WHATEVER!!!!!! I thought well I was planning on buying 2 so let's do 4. He says we will also do a free alignment check. I thought oh, let's see where this goes. 3 hours and 25 minutes later car is done. Yes 3 and 1/2 hours and not one person informs me of any delays or anything. The gentlemen checking me out says, oh by the way during your FREE alignment check we noticed you are way out of alignment. Granted, 2 weeks earlier car was aligned and I have the paper work for that alignment. For only $149 we can align it for you. So 3 and 1/2 hours and NOW you can align it. I was furious. Obviously, I was paying for the tires, but no way am I getting a protection plan for road hazard or anything from this place. I informed them I had some severe trust issues as alignment was a hoax and a scam to me at this point. I work retail and with people all day long. First, people's time is worth something, but to UPCHARGE or selling extra services is a sham. So from a simple tire inspection to now 4 tires, with trying to sell a protection plan on tires and services, to an alignment seems a bit extreme. I am all about safety on my cars and take very good care of them. And by the way, the dealer I purchased from in Ohio said we would love to sell you tires and install them, but we feel you have 80%-90% on the back tread and 50%-60% on the front. and with proper alignment that we completed you should be good thru the winter. Sorry the lengthy review, but I would not waste your time with this location because at the end of the day, your time is precious and worth something and you should always trust the people servicing your vehicles. Any money saved if any, is not worth it here.

I scheduled an oil change appointment for 1 PM the following day and arrived on time. I checked in and mentioned that I was on my lunch hour. However, when I returned an hour later, I was told that my appointment had been scheduled for 12 PM instead of 1 PM. At no point during my check-in or while waiting was I informed that I was considered late according to their schedule. The entire experience was marred by poor communication and disorganization. There were no signs of them trying to offer a reasonable solution, and I was simply told to "wait my turn." This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.

I was told 4 to 5 hour wait for flat tire repair. I just purchased 4 tires there a few months a go. Several other gentleman were told the same when they bought in tires off car. Than a gentleman and his daughter came in with rim that had ran tire off. He was done in fifteen minutes and I had been there for two an half hours and nothing done. I said I will take my key and the employee gave my key to another employee. Ten minutes later and I'm demanding my key and got them finally. It appear to me that they already got my money so I had no value to them. Belle tire will not get any more of my money .

The people who work there are not professional. They do things quickly and poorly. So I do not recommend this place at all to anyone.

As all belle tires I’ve visited, they are always quick to inform you of what is going on with your vehicle, upfront about the cost of things, and always a very friendly staff and clean facilities.

Dropped my car off at 8am to get my oil change and tires rotated. They forgot about my car and didn’t do any service when I went to pick up at 5 pm. I even called around 2pm to follow it when it would be done…. Terrible service

I was visiting in St. Louis and had to buy two new tires. It was late, and the small tire store (that didn't do alignments) suggested that I get an alignment done and also have them check my tie rods and struts when I got to Indianapolis. I was going to Indianapolis to visit family before heading back to Western North Carolina. I called my sister-in-law and told her what had happened. She was able to schedule me an appointment with Belle Tire. It turned into an emergency situation. It was unsafe for me to return to NC without major work being done. Part of the repair could be done after I returned home, but I live in the area impacted by Hurricane Helene. There is nowhere for me to take my vehicle now. Belle Tire took me in with numerous repairs needing to be done and parts that needed to be ordered. They completed everything by closing, and I can safely leave out the next morning. They explained everything in detail. My van drives and rides like a new vehicle. I am deeply indebted to them. I highly recommend them.

Picked up a metal fastener on the road while driving my 4RUNNER through the aftermath of a fender bender. Came in late in the evening, no worries, got me taken care of and back on the road in good time. Thanks so much!

Took my car in for tire noise, bought tires 10 mths before and less then 20000 miles. (Should be warranty). Said I needed $3000 in suspension work and new tires. Picked up my car and took to another place and they put tires on checked out everything else, car drives great no noise, rolled out with oil change for $300.

I had an appointment to have my tire placed back on my vehicle and balanced. They needed to take off my spare tire off and replace it with the new tire, which I left the rim at Belle over the weekend so it was ready to be replaced when I arrived. My appointment lasted one hour and forty-five minutes for them to put the tire on and balance my wheels. My spare tire wasn't even properly placed back into my trunk. Very slow and sloppy work. It was not a good experience.

Went yesterday to get two new tires and a tire rotation. It took twice as long as they’d told me it would take. Today, after arriving to work, I got the “tire pressure sensor fault” code. They did not do a good job reconnecting the tire pressure sensors. This is the second time we’ve had a bad experience with Belle Tire and (after they fix their mistake) we will not return.

YOU OWE ME A NEW SET OF TIRES. I PUT A NEW SET ON MY WIFE'S CAR 75K AND HAVE GOT 36K OUT OF THEM BECAUSE I TRUSTED BELLE TIRE TO ALIGN THEM. AFTER SEEING THAT HER TIRES ON THE FRONT WERE WEARING ON THE INSIDE OF BOTH TIRES I ROTATED THEM AND PUT THE REAR ON THE FRONT THAT WERE WORN EVENLY. TOOK IT BACK IN TO HAVE IT ALIGNED AGAIN AND LOW AND BEHOLD I FOUND THE FRONT TIRES WERE WORN ON THE INSIDE AGAIN. YOUR ALIGNMENT GUY IS PURPOSELY DOING THAT. TO SELL MORE TIRES. IS THAT A COMPANY POLICE OR SHOULD HE BE FIRED?

Having problems loosing tire pressure in my left rear tire. went to Belle, and they found a screw in the tire, fixed it and my bill was $0.00. We will use them for any future tire needs. Fast friendly and FAIR!!!

I was so excited to learn that we had a Belle Tire on Southport. Really disappointed in this location though. I was hoping that I would get the same level of customer service and knowledge as the Plainfield location. I used to go there all the time since they were close to my office. I now work near home so I had been going to the Goodyear location on Emerson next to Egg Roll #1. Even though I have warranties on my tires at Goodyear I came to Belle because it was just time to switch over. I came in on Saturday August 24th 2024 at 8 AM sharp with a tire that was losing air. Joyce checked me in and said that they would call. About 5 hours later I got the call that it was a nail, too close to the tire wall to be fixed. She wanted to get me the tire that matches my set and said they would have it done Monday. I said that was fine since I was already off that Monday. Monday rolls around and I don't get a call all Morning. At 3 PM I call and talk to Chris who informs me that it'll be another 2-2:30 hours but definitely today. At 5:50 I called back and talk to Cory to ask if I can come pick up my car. He places me on hold for over 4 minutes and then Joyce picks up and asks if she can help me.!? I've literally been on hold for over five minutes at this point but I say nothing. Just that I'm checking to see when I can pick up my car. She puts me on hold for ANOTHER 4 minutes and then comes back and says they just started working on it and to leave my house at 7:30. Okay, kinda late for just a tire change but okay, 30 more minutes and it's done. I leave my house and arrive at the location at 7:36 PM. The tire still isn't done! I don't end up getting my car back until 8:05 PM. While I was checking out I asked what the warranty was. Cory tells me the warranty was declined. I brought them a car with a warranty on the tires!! Why would I decline it!? At this point I just don't care and I want to leave with my car. My husband can tell by the look on my face that no one asked about the warranty on the tires so he asks me if I want to get one to which I reply, "no I don't want to come back here ever". Also, at Goodyear in November 2023 I paid $186 for the exact same tire with a warranty. At Belle Tire, with no warranty, terrible customer service and they wasted my time - I paid $203! Way too expensive for what I got! This Belle Tire location is terrible. I'm taking my business back to Goodyear, and probably buying them donuts the next time I go in. One more thing, look at the picture from 2019 showing the waiting area. They have added several more chairs in there. If I had to guess it would be because they needed more chairs for customers to wait. Also, my steering wheel was dirty.
