When I entered the Belle Tire in Cumberland, IN the managers where immediately there to help me even though I did not have an appointment. I was in and out in a very reasonable time. The waiting area/restroom was neat and clean and coffee & snacks were fresh and available. The managers were focused and engaged the entire time helping customers, answering the phone, checking on the service technicians, and keeping me/other customers updated. Managers were very cordial, thorough, and helpful with me and the other customers. This was my first visit to Belle Tire. It most certainly will not be my last.

I very much recommend this branch. When I arrived they informed me things would take about an hour and a half, which it did. They also informed me of all issues with my vehicle, urgency level, and did so without being pushy and respecting my budget. They even negotiated price with me, overall 10/10 experience. I will be returning to them to get my brakes done!

Tried calling several times to ask a simple question about pricing for an alignment. Phone. Would ring and ring and ring with no answer. Had to drive down here in person to get the information. 20 minutes away.. then I was talked down to I was asking about pricing. I won't be back. FYI, I did find it significantly cheaper somewhere else.

Very upset with this store was told needed wheel bearings told them ok they gave me a price asked if I got my military discount they said yes Told them I would be there first thing Saturday morning. They told me 2 hours but allow 3. Called back in 3 1/2 hours was told be another 2 this was upsetting as I was there at 8 am that morning. Then they called me back in 5 minutes said was ready he said he had checked on wrong car. But found new problem I needed new ty rods at almost $1300.00 took them this long told them no. Went to pick up my car they rang it up with no military discount as I had to ask them for it again he did not know how to correct as he was new. So he had to get some one to help him of course he was outside smoking took over 20 minutes to correct very upsetting feel like I got took will never go back I have bought 3 sets of tires here feel they are very incompetent do not care about consumers Don’t trust them feel I got taken

Not once, but now twice I have encountered some of the worst customer service at this location. Apparently, these employees believe it is a joyous occasion to purchase new tires. Personally, new tires are only ever needed in the worst possible moment in my life, and it has never felt "pleasurable" to spend hundreds of dollars because of a pothole hidden in the rain. However, I strongly advise you adorn your clownmake up if you want to enter this location, they will expect you to act as if they are installing puppies to your vehicle for free! Personally, their are plenty of alternatives to this location, most that contain empathetic staff given their line of work. So, if you can limp your car past this location, then do as I do, and gladly go somewhere else. I'm extremely disappointed in the service at Belle Tire on East Washington Street. I visited them with a nearly flat tire, and they informed me that they didn't have time to inspect it. Since my warranty is through them, I'm limited in my options. They refused to spare two seconds to determine if I could safely drive to a repair shop in the morning. I will never make a purchase from them again.

The prices are high. If you need rim repair it’s $185 and it’ll take days. El Caminos on Pendleton Pike $80.

I will start out in all fairness by saying that the staff were very friendly, and welcoming. The waiting area was very comfortable with television, music, and big comfortable lounger style chairs. They estimated a considerable amount more than another shop that I talked to, but I chose to let them do the work do to the time that I was told that it would take to complete the job. I was told that it would take an hour and a half to replace brakes and rotors. It took way longer. I checked with the staff to find out how much longer I had to wait. I was told that it would be a half an hour. I checked back again well after that time, and then it became 15 more minutes. After working a 12 hour shift, I would not have had the work done if I knew that they couldn't honor the time line. I can't help but wonder after reading other reviews, if they knew from the beginning that they wouldn't be able to maintain the time line, which I expressed was so important to me. I guess we will never know. The technician that worked on my vehicle failed to properly secure two center caps. Luckily, I checked it before I left. They made me wait hiurs after I was quoted to get my vehicle back to me. I don't feel that an exrra 20 senconds to properly secure the center caps was unreasonable. I did it in less time. After day two now, it appears that the work was done properly, minus the center caps. This was a concern while waiting, and reading previous reviews that revealed problems other customers had experienced with brake work at this location. I guess we will see if it holds up in time. So, at the end of the day, I foolishly spent more money to wait longer than expected and to have to help them complete the job. One staff member advised me that I need new tires. After my experience, I think that I will stick with Discount Tire for now. Good luck!

We were traveling down I-70 and hit a bump so hard one of the tires on our RV went flat. We stop at Blelle Tire and they repaired it while we waited. Excellent service and top notch people!

Stopped in to have my tire pressure checked since the light was on. Very busy when I arrived, but the young man at the desk went above & beyond & checked all my tires himself. Excellent customer service!

I came into this place at 9:30 and handed my keys to a guy the building was cold like it’s not already cold outside I go get in my truck to get warm thinking well they have the keys so they’ll come to the truck the man gone tell me after two hours of being in my truck that he just called like he seen my head raise up an made a wxcuse then gone say I didn’t see u in the truck what makes is worse it’s doesn’t matter where I was if I had already gave you my keys then I’m still waiting like I’m not understanding why my truck wasn’t even temp to be moved to a bay I’ll never come here again like the one on Southport I guess if they not getting money out of your today they don’t care what else u have to do

Terrible experience with salesman David Devries. I was told over the phone my car had a bent rim, but in person, David insisted it was warped rotors without checking. When I mentioned my rotors were under warranty, he questioned if I planned to spend money and tried to deny me service. I’ve spent thousands here, but after this, I won’t be back. Belle Tire on Pendleton Pike confirmed it was a bent rim. I included the receipt from Cumberland (Belle tire) to show the false information given. This issue wasted my entire day. This location needs serious management attention. Whether it’s racism or plain ignorance I won’t be returning!

The tires were affordable and installed well, but my rating comes from the 2 phone calls I received trying to upsell me with random things that I verified with a Mechanic do NOT need repaired.

Bathrooms are filthy. Water faucet are gross with mold growing on them. I had a nail im my tire even told them what tire and they had the nerve to ask me they did not see nail. Workers congregate by terminals while people waiting on work to be done. When I came in there was 3 bays open and it took them 3 hours to patch my tire. Sad to say I will not be buying tires from here moving forward after they wear down. I'd not trust them to even do a oil change let alone any other work. I got 6000 miles before my rotation I hope they know how to do that.

Don’t waste your time. They did a tire rotatation. My wife drove the van home and on the way the tpms light came on. I took it back and was told the tech probably got intimidated by the process so they just didn’t do it. I waited for it to get done. I was told they were able to get into the brain and reset it. Then on my way home the light came on again. Trevor thinks it’s unreasonable that I am upset that I am doing all of this driving and waiting for them to do a simple process to reset the tire locations instead of cutting corners. I have work to do and now I am losing time because they can’t do the job right the first or second time.

Came here to purchase 4 new tires and have them installed! We checked in at 12:30 and 4:30 still sitting here waiting! Sitting here for 4 hours was ridiculous!

I hit a pothole on Thursday night and air won’t stay in my tire. I remembered, I purchased my tires from Belle tires. So Friday morning, I got up and took my car to be repaired. The staff was friendly and explained that they would take a look at my car and let me know what was going on. As well as letting me know my tires were still under warranty! It took about an hour and half for my car to be serviced and it free of charge! Thanks Belle tires…

Great place to get tires or some certified auto repairs. They always do a good job with my vehicles. The Tire technicians seem to know what they are talking about and great to advise for what it is needed.

Honestly, just go anywhere else. I went here in summer 2023 and had my alignment and brake pads fixed and rotors. After they “fixed” it, my car now brakes weird. I am a single mom with two jobs and not a lot of time. I just lived with it. Well, I thought I needed a tire patched March ‘24 so figured might as well go back there because I should get an alignment for free and maybe see if they can make my brakes stop doing what it’s doing. They check my tire on Tuesday and say I need a new wheel and the tire is so bad because of the bent wheel. Whatever. I’m not a tire expert so I prepaid for the wheel and tire. They say it will be in on Wednesday, I made an appointment for Thursday. I go in Thursday the part wasn’t in. Ok, I’m there with a toddler and this is my one day to fix my car. I ask for a refund and go to Discount Tire down the street. They check my car and say I need a new wheel, but that tire is the best one on my car. 🙃 I don’t need a new tire at all while BT said it was beyond repair. Just don’t go to this BT. I can’t speak for them all but that’s insane. Discount Tire printed out some coloring sheets for my daughter and gave her some highlighters and I paid $80 instead of $160.

How is it 230pm in afternoon and you can’t even take a walk in to look at a Vehicle. You would rather lose business vs just looking at vehicle. Updated 4/4 !! I gave them another try , unfortunately I still didn’t go well . I went In on 3/26 for a quote on a set of new tires for my Kia K5 . I spoke to the gentleman which I believe is the manager of location . I asked about different sets of tires and differences and he answered my questions. I asked what was available and he stated that they can be delivered the next day which would be 3/27. So after we discussed and made final decision, I said let’s the the Michelin tires for tomorrow which was 3/27 . He said ok I can have you set up for 3pm and if they come in I can call you earlier to come in . I said that would be great thank you . He took my phone number and gave me no paper work nor asked me to pay for them . So I kind of figured he thought I was essentially not serious in purchasing. So next day I waited for call and no one reached out and also following day , so basically 2 days went by. By that time I had already purchased brand new tires at a better price from Tire Barn and they had them the same day I went in . This is 2nd time Belle tire has not stood on there service or anything.

This is my go-to place for tires whenever I need a used tire. 9/10 if I get a flat, I'm coming here. 😌 I wish they would give me a frequent customer discount though 😜😆 lbVs bc I do go through tires quite a bit lmao
