They gave my pregnant friend two defective tires that they claimed to be new. She had one tire deflate immediately after she got them and the other busted on the highway.

If you love to wait 3-4 hours for your vehicle to get 2 tires replaced then this is the place for you! Good Lord I understand that their online appointments don't always communicate well with the actual store but the store did not handle the situation at all. There is no acknowledgement when you enter the store, customer service is completely gone. 100% would not recommend.

Great customer service but inefficient getting the work done. The person actually doing the work wandered through the garage throwing up his hands. It took over 4 hours for them to even take my car back.

I can not say enough about Quinton. His customer service, advise, and empathy definitely exceeded my expectations. Being a woman in a car shop is always worrisome, but he was 💯 on options, recommendations, and broke everything down to me including what he would HONESTLY recommend and what I could wait on. He advised me of a couple different options in order to afford my repairs 1 thing at a time which was a God send! My anxiety shot through the roof (to the point of years) when I received the totals and diagnosis and bc of him I was able to breathe and know where to start. THANK YOU QUINTON!!

I recently had my vehicle in there just LAST WEEKEND!! I had an appointment schedule for 2 weeks for one thing. It was for 8am on the 21st. I called the Tuesday before hand to add on two additional services. Not only did it take them to not take care of the 1st problem until 3pm but they didn’t look at the other problem until then. It was a rusted caliper that seized. I am a single mom and this is my only mode of transportation. They were going to send me away with it being like that. I also asked to have the battery looked at. IT WAS NEVER LOOKED AT. So this weekend I have been stuck waiting on jumpstarts because of your lack of customer service. Thank you for everything you did for the original services but since you didn’t listen to your customer, I will not be returning.

First, the good: they did the job. 3 tire replaced, a fluid flush, and a air filter replacement. Now the Bad: It took almost 4 hours to finish. And I was the first customer in the door that morning. And look, I get it. There’s a triage of which vehicles you work on. I am assuming they start with the automobiles that were dropped off the previous day/night. That said, I would’ve at least expected a 1 and a half to 2 hour wait. But almost 4 hours for a standard job without any major repair issues? Come on, guys. To top it off, I watched another customer (who came in shortly after myself) watch his truck get fixed, leave with it, and then came back complaining of more issues that either weren’t fixed or ignored by the crew. What the hell is happening at this location?

Came in for a simple patch Was quoted 1.5 hrs After 2 hrs was told they ruined the tire trying to fix it Then was quoted for 3 tires $936.00 To replace everything ( they did offer to replace the damaged 1 no charge) But I asked if that was the best deal he changed it to $1100.00 Said they couldn't do the $936.00 as quoted So I agreed but now I been here all day they haven't even taken my car back Could of least pulled off the other tires while waiting for the tires to get here from Plainfield again was told 45 minutes 1.5hrs later the car is still sitting where I brought it in at.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I had suspension parts installed at another store incorrectly. From the recommendation of a friend I contacted Alex with Belle tire. I made an appointment and they were able to quickly identify the problem and fix it correctly!! HUGE Thank you to Alex, Kendrick, Angelica, Zack & Dylan!!

Hand down the best customer service. The gentleman with the dreads or braids is awesome. Alex is cool, too. Just the two that helped me. But everyone is nice and professional. Btw FREE plugs!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Waited 2hours and 45min to get a REPAIR on my work van tire. Called ahead and said “would only take 30min”. They could care less about their customers. Horrible service and horrific wait time. Go somewhere else!!

I’m not a “car person”, but had to replace two tires and get the tire rods fixed and I was on the struggle bus! The team here totally took care of me and went above and beyond to stand by their company values and made sure I was safe in the road. Huge thank you to Alex, Kendrick and Justin up front and to whomever did the magic in the back! I cannot thank everyone enough!!!!!

We highly recommend Belle Tire for auto repair. They did a great job fixing the MANY things that needed done for our car: brakes, suspension and alignment. Thank you to Alex Nommay and his team for a job well done!

Obviously customer service is foreign to this location. Besides taking longer than quoted. When they were finished with my vehicle. They parked it in the lot , but never told me it was done. They also left it unlocked. Once I noticed it out there I went and stood at the desk. No one in front of me. The employee didn’t even acknowledge I was standing there. Another employee came walking by and asked the guy behind the desk if he was trying to get me out of there and he responded yes. Still not say a word to me. Once he gave me the receipt he didn’t apologize for going over time. I get out to my vehicle I opened the back door to see if they put the spare when it should go. Only to realize they didn’t even put the panels back in place that they took off to do the work, and trashed out the back of my work truck. I went back in to see why they wouldn’t put the panel back in place and why they would trash out the back. So he sent a tech out to replace the panel and I mentioned to him and the disarray that was made. He only put the panel back and left the other stuff looking like a mess.

I've had some pretty good experiences with the folks here. Had trouble with a car once, and there was an issue with a battery I had. And I had to go elsewhere to get a new battery, and the guys from Belle tires got on the phone with them and made sure that I wasn't charged for the battery. Then later, I had a flat, brought it to them and they fixed it at no charge. They've always been very friendly and their customer service is amazing.

Brad was incredible. As a single old woman, I hesitate to go by myself to get car maintenance alone but had to get new tires. Brad went over and above to make such I got the best tires for my car even though I was $20 short he found a way to make it work and get me the better tires for what I had to spend. I went in to get a oil change they did a awesome job I love how they put a a floor mat on the ground and a plastic on the seat and a plastic thing around the steering wheel so they didn't get it dirty or greasy. I will definitely get my old change their again and get new tires I'll give them my business

I was on a work trip nearby & for a flat tire right as I was heading out for a long drive back home. I came to Belle Tire for help without an appointment; not only did they take the nail out of my tire & patch it, but they did it FOR FREE so I could make it home safely. The whole team was so kind & helpful- I highly recommend! THANK YOU for helping me out while in a pinch! ☺️

I had all pads and rotors replaced at another Belle Tire location roughly 2 months ago, and they were not done correctly. I had issues from the moment I left their location and they either couldn’t or wouldn’t fix the issues after returning on multiple occasions. I decided to take my truck to THIS location instead to have them figure out the issue and perform the warranty work. This location was able to get my truck in and out in under a couple of hours, with the correct type of pads (ceramic instead of semi-metallic) and fixed the issues I was having (excessive noise and metal shavings being stuck between pads and rotors causing premature pad failure). I will definitely be sure to use this location rather than the other location I initially used.
