I was at the Pendelton pike location on 9 Jan 25 getting new tires. During my visit I observed there was a couple of customers who had been approved for financing but the transaction would not go through. Service tech Clarence was working situation for more than an hour. The situation seemed so hopeless that I offered to pay the bill, but the other customers refussed. I tried to insist, but Clarence asked fo 10 more minutes to get everything resolved. It took way more than 10 minutes, but I just want to say that I have never seen someone work so long and hard to take care of a customer. He could have told them to come back after the financing went through, but he didn't. Clarence went the extra mile for the company and the customer. I just thought you so know.

quite frankly awful service for my friend- took almost TWICE as long as promised for the estimated service quote and then overcharged them with a pricier battery than promised. almost made them miss movie night which is a cardinal sin. have heard great things of belle tires in general but this location surely disappointed both of us. STEER CLEAR!!

I can’t thank Clarence and David enough! I mistakenly ordered the wrong size tires so they rubbed every time I took a turn, but it took me two weeks to realize it. Even after driving on them for 400 miles, they were still willing to help me identify what size I needed and swap them out at no cost to me! Talk about customer service!!

I had to go in to Belle Tire today. Dreading the outcome and the co$t of services. Unfortunately, since my dads passing these tires were the last time, he'd help me with car expenses, knowledge, and the "know how" (they've also been a pain in my neck). Going to get a repair and / or taking care of the necessities has been a task with everything going up but my paycheck. It's been two years, and each task seems harder and higher than the time before last. Mr. Brian H. was gentle, genuine, and generous. Explaining everything and breaking things down. I'm a why person, so understanding everything put my mind at ease, not my pockets. Nonetheless, my children and I feel safer in a vehicle ready for the raggedy roads of Indy with Brian's super service.

I went in to have them check for a slow leak in one of my tires. They told me they couldn’t patch it, but they could sell me a new one for $195. The also said that my CV joints were bad and my rear struts needed replaced. Total bill was going to be near $2,300. The quote for the repair (not including the tire) is attached. I told them I wanted a second opinion. I went to another, smaller tire shop and they patched my tire for $20 and told me nothing was wrong with my CV joints nor my rear struts. That’s very frustrating to me… and probably illegal. I would definitely steer clear. You can’t trust what they tell you. You will walk away paying more than you should for work that didn’t even need to be done on your car.

Now that I have finally had a few days to think I am writing my review. This shop was my first ever experience with a shop. I can truly say now I don't ever want to go to another shop again. I took my vehicle in 3 times because I thought I had found a shop that cared for its customers. My first interaction with them was good, their worker Clarence helped me out and explained everything. I had taken my vehicle in for turning issues and they helped me out with those repairs. My second interaction was not great, but I thought it was just because the person who helped me this time just didn't have the best people skills. I had taken it again because I was struggling to turn, and the guy was dismissive. They said it was my tires and gave me options. One of those options being rotating my tires which I choose that option. I go to pick it up later and my tires weren't rotated. This honestly should've been a red flag there, but I thought about the first person to help me out and didn't want one bad experience to reflect on the entire shop. My third encounter was when I had finally gotten the first encounter paid off, I took it in for a tune up which took all day Saturday. I dropped it off at opening and didn't get it back till 10 minutes before closing. The mechanic was still test driving my vehicle when I arrived, it was here they told me my cat was clogged. They said it should be fine to drive, that it just had a smell and was stalling a little. They even came out to let my husband know where we can take it for cheaper or said he could try to straight pipe it. The mechanic hands me my keys back says it's still stalling a little and to just be careful. I start it up and off the bat the smell was so strong that I had to roll down my windows, and as I started to pull out the lot it was shaking. I try to increase speed, and it won't go past 25mph on a 40mph road. I can't turn around at that point because they were closed and there was a fresh new median there. I don't even make it 10 minutes down the road before it won't go past 10mph. I call my husband terrified and have him follow behind me. He hangs up only to call me a few minutes later to tell me to immediately pull over and that we will have to leave the vehicle behind. My vehicle had gotten so hot that it busted my back A/C pipe and started smoking. We pull into the Wendy's that is literally only 4 minutes down the road and pop the hood. It was running so hot it felt like a sauna. We also found the cover of one of the sparks plug wires just chilling on the engine. Since my van hadn't been running very long, the heat gauge hadn't even picked up on how hot it was yet. We paid 125$ to have it towed home. When it got home, we couldn't move the gear shift at all, and my van had to be shaken off the tow truck. I call Monday and they have it towed back there. I call repeatedly over the next few days to try to figure it out. They tell me Tuesday all that happened because it got so hot, one of the issues being the gear shift wires melted which is why I couldn't move the gear shift. Say they will call me Wednesday to give a quote, said he was supposed to be off, but he'd call me with the quote after his meeting that day, he left. I ended up talking to the manager who was creating an estimate for me since the one guy left. I talked to him trying to explain the vehicle wasn't safe to drive and no one communicated that past just saying the cat was clogged and it was stalling a little. I would not have left the lot had I known. He said that they're not at fault and I knew it was driving that way. Which I did not know it wasn't going past 25 and shaking. When I realized, we weren't going to come to a solution, my only request was they have it towed home which they did free of charge. My vehicle arrived in worse condition, the dashboard was not fully put back together, and the key was left stuck in the ignition. Luckily the tow truck company was nice enough to get my key unstuck from the ignition. The only positive from this is my kids weren't in the vehicle with me at the time.

Pretty good experience. Took about 90 mins on a Saturday with appointment for a box truck. About expected time with all of that info. The only negative is have to say is the “bay door wasn’t high enough to do your alignment check”, which for me not a big deal. Price compared to a few other spots. Wasn’t the cheapest but the tires were the best being offered. Will be going back.

Stopped in at 5:40 with a low tire they took me in found the problem fixed my tire had me back on my way home by 6:10 they were very courteous and professional highly suggest them fie any tire needs
