I went in for a flat repair and an oil change. But I went back in later that week because my tire was leaking even worse . I was told that it wasn’t their fault. The technician used way too big of bit for such a small nail . They also filled my tires 20 psi higher then the maximum. These workers can get someone hurt or even worse .

Bought 4 Michelin tires for less than the closest competition. At the time of install the time estimated to complete was optimistic by more than 30 minutes. What was most impressive was that they accepted ownership of a missing part and made good on its replacement in short order.

Due to a misunderstanding, services were performed on my vehicle that were not expected. I shared the situation with Caleb, the employee I had originally talked with. Without hesitation, my invoice was adjusted to reflect what I had been quoted originally. Highly recommend this Belle Tire location for their integrity.

Had my car for 8 hours for an oil change and to check out the brakes. Charged me more than the dealer for an oil change. Couldn’t replicate the break problem and told me I would need to leave the car even longer next time, if I continued to hear it.

Do not waste your time with this shop, I asked 3 different people for correct tire size, they said yes, it’s correct, but end of the day, they put it wrong size tire on my vehicle, this is huge mistake, I lost 6 hours and have to come here 3 times, also they are working so slow, and they don’t care about customer service.

Terrible customer service. Negotiated a price match at setting of original appointment. They then refused so match that amount at time of payment. Also, set original appointment time, brought vehicle in left it there. Over an hour later, they called to say they didn’t have all 4 tires. Nice waste of 2 hours of my time. Week later brought back in once they had all 4 tires. They changed the tires, did an alignment and then refused to originally price because they had it written in their notes wrong. Store manager, Dave, was extremely rude and condescending and refused to match original agreed upon price. When situation was brought to Dave’s attention he was unwilling to help and basically called my daughter a liar. Extremely unprofessional, I would avoid this store at all costs. They won’t live up to what they say they will.

Dave was amazing. I made an appointment but at the wrong store, but he still honored it. He also texted to keep me posted on status as I grabbed dinner down the road with friends. Matthew went above and beyond to show me how bad my battery was damaged, despite just having been to a dealership last week. His candor and positive attitude were super appreciated in a stressful situation. Highly appreciate these guys!!!

Great customer service! I came in with a tire puncture and they were super busy and still got me in quickly. I had just gotten new tires in the past year so was upset about having to get a replacement. However their employee, I believe his name was Dwayne. He mentioned calling the tire place I got my new tire set at to see if they were under warranty. And thankfully they were! He put the spare tire on for me and didn't charge me at all! Super friendly and appreciated his help! Would highly recommend this shop!

Had an appointment at 930am, 50 minutes later at my vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot. If you can't honor you appointment time when the customer is waiting then you need to schedule fewer appointments

Excellent service! I had an issue with my Jeep and Jacob (Assistant manager) went above and beyond to make it work. He and Chad came up with a solution that worked for all of us, and that was a fair price. I will bring all my vehicles back here thanks to these 2 employees! Honest, fair, and knowledgeable.

We had a busted rear shock that needed fixed before the 4th of July holiday, and we were so impressed with Belle Tire and the help they were able to provide for us. I called in at 12:15 desperate for an appointment, and they were able to get me in at 2:00 that same day. By 5:00 my car was fixed, and the overall cost was far cheaper than other quotes I had been given that morning for service later in the week. I was so thankful for the incredible customer service that Adam and his team provided. We will definitely be returning to Belle Tire in the future.

terrible service, i don’t understand why you have appointments if you not going to get the car in the shop at that time. that’s stupid .. one person in the shop working everybody just standing around talking eating and drinking .. people have things to do not wait on you lazy workers to feel like doing something productive. go to a different place.

I went in for an alignment and to replace one tire. I had an appointment scheduled at 10 and left at 2:30. I received no updates on my car the entire time and watched numerous people come and go during the four and a half hour wait. When my car was finally worked on 4 hours into my wait, it took a total of fifteen minutes to complete the work on my vehicle. Go somewhere else that actually values your time

Went for an alignment, appointment was for 4p. When I arrived I saw they were pretty busy, so I’m thinking “Here we go!” I’m gonna be here forever! But nope! Appointment time was kept, car was pulled in, alignment was done, and the wait was not bad at all!👍

Adam and his team were incredibly helpful! I came in expecting to have to buy a new tire, but Adam's crew was able to repair my tire quickly and free of charge. Excellent customer service, you've got a customer for life!

I didn't pay for any services but I want to comment on the interaction I had with Adam this morning. I spoke with him about repairing a tire and potentially buying a new tire to put on my spare wheel. He could get the tire this afternoon but suggested I call their Fishers location since their system showed they had four in-stock. I greatly appreciate Adam taking the time to talk through options with me and suggesting I call another location instead of them getting the business. Thank you!

I hate that I have to leave this review because normally this location takes care of me. I recently just paid a ton of money for repairs, one of them being ordering new tires. When I was told my car was done and I went to pick it up, I still had the same tires that I originally needed replaced! The manager did drive up to the Carmel location to pick up new tires and they replaced them, but how was this overlooked in the first place? This cost me time away from work that I didn't have and to make matters worse, there is a thief there that stole a cup full of change I had in my car. The manager stated that they would review cameras but nobody believed when I said I am sure I didn't remove the cup myself (questioning my intelligence, I know exactly what I keep in my car and where) and I don't expect any resolution from this either. The manager stated that he was pretty confident that his team didn't do it and made it seem as if I was lying. To add to this, the noise issue that I originally brought it in for still exists! It just sucks that I spent thousands of dollars for repairs on this one visit only to have this type of experience. It's a tire company for crying out loud, how can you forget to replace tires!

This is the best Belle Tire I have ever been to! All the people that work there are incredible nice, kind, and helpful. In a world of cranky customers, a little kindness goes a long way and in return you will get top notch service here! They’ve done our tires along with some mechanical work and all of it was quality work.

Will not go here again. Went for a flat repair. They tried to tell me I had somehow cross-threaded one of the studs when putting on the spare (which I performed by hand) and that the stud needed replaced and it would cost x. I told them I was sitting there watching them not start the threads by hand, but just impact drill for each stud, so it seemed as if the error was on their part. They went back and conferred and returned to me saying "turns out the stud is fine. We'll replace the nut that won't go back on for free." Fast forward to today, I'm getting my standard service at the dealership. They come out and say "uhhhhh...one of your wheel studs on your driver rear tire is really damaged and the lug nut is different. what happened?" I recall this experience with Belle Tire and realize that when I called Belle on them cross-threading the tire, they backtracked saying the stud was fine. Evidently it wasn't, they just wanted to not lose the labor/material. I tell the dealer tech about it and he goes "wow. well, you get all of your service here, we're going to fix it for free. That was really dumb and makes a lot of sense now." I will not go back to Belle. I recommend you don't either.

I wouldn't recommend Belle Tire, especially this location, based on my recent experience. I visited for an oil change, and when I went to another shop for a car tint, their staff alerted me to an oil leak. However, upon consulting a family friend who's a mechanic, I discovered the leak stemmed from the improperly tightened oil filter (not even hand tightened). This basic step was overlooked by Belle Tire, causing a significant loss of oil over time. It is unfortunate that I have provided consistent business and money. This has ultimately lead to investing more money into mistakes made and provided no compensation.

If I could give them 10 stars I absolutely would! My friend hit a pot hole that almost transported us straight to China. Tire was screwed and the rim bent. She called Belle Tire on 86th when they had 10 minutes before they closed... They told her to come on in. The customer service was amazing and they were able to bend her steel rim back to near perfection without much of a wait. I would absolutely recommend anyone in the area to go here for all of their tire needs. Thank you for saving the day!

Maked an appt online on Thursday for four Goodyear tires along with a wheel alignment. The tires stated they were available for that date and time of 7pm. They called me an hour after making the appt to tell me they don’t have them and offered a different one that was comparable. I need my car so I agreed. After they did the work I drove home with car veering off to the left and/or right. I called them on Saturday explained the issue and paid for a warranty. They said no problem made an appt for Saturday at one. Get here they start talking to me like they make the correct adjustments. Talking about we can’t take another car down to hurry and fix mines. Mind you I never said take anything down. I said I didn’t get the service I requested. Lesson learned will be the last time I spend over a thousand dollars for all new tires and wheel alignment then get treated with poor service.
