Awesome experience!!! Here are a few reasons to deal with Belden's Automotive. They answer their phones. Their prices are fair. Their service is outstanding. Jeff helped my mom recently with a tire that had a leak. He took care of the leak and got her down the road safely. Car issues are never pleasant. The crew here has always kept me informed, gave clear information and easy to understand explanations of the issues with my vehicles. It’s difficult to say “Thank You” when the news received is not the news you wanted. Like medical treatments, not always what you want, but it’s what you have . Highly recommended.

Definitely my new mechanic for years to come. Excellent service on my 2023 Camry Hybrid. I waited while they worked on it and they even have an office space for you to work on, and coffee. Great atmosphere and nice people with great service. Thank you!

I’ve been going since I’ve had my Ranger Rover and now they service my X3 BMW, the price is very good compared to the dealer service center! Customer service can use a little work, not bad but these guys seem too serious and some may mistake it for intimidation, these are good guys!!l all that said, will remain a long time customer!!

Eli was awesome! He greeted me quickly had a great attitude and checked out my car on the spot. For me it wasn’t easy but he found a solution to my two problems right away! I can tell he takes great care with his work because he put everything back nicely and all signs of work was cleaned up so it was looking good. I took my vehicle in for scheduled maintenance and had a great experience at Belden's. I had a screw in one of my tires, it was not repairable. Charlie went above and beyond to call a tire shop that would be able to order the tire that I needed. I highly recommed this business.

I can’t see myself going anywhere else for getting my car serviced. Not only do you have kind and competent gentleman in the front, but the level of transparency is amazing. Everytime I drop off, I get texted a full review of the state and condition of my car, including recommendations and pictures. They really go above and beyond for me and have even developed a relationship with me and my family over the years. I send all my family’s vehicles to Belden’s. I appreciate them very much.

Always a pleasure working with Belden’s staff in maintaining my 25 year old pickup. I have been using this Belden’s since they opened on Bulverde Road. The staff is like family now. They always give it to me straight if there is an item that needs immediate attention or if I can delay repairs. I can only say good things about this Belden’s Automotive!

Been looking for five years for an automotive shop that would treat you like a queen 👑 and I found it through Ms Mary Beth suggested that I go to see Belden's automotive &tire all are great young men that takes care of you first then ask about your vehicle and explain what going on with it and what they going to go to make it right. Great service from a great company! Been taking my cars to Beldens for over 25 years. I always have a list of repairs, but they only suggest the ones that need to be done and prepare me for what is coming up in future visits. They have even suggested I go someplace else if they felt it was a better cheaper option (they do not offer welding). Plan on going back as long as I’m allowed to drive!
