You get what you pay for and that’s a guarantee on the work done, professionalism and outstanding service all around. When I took my car there they very thorough and also took the time to make sure I didn’t have to pay for something I didn’t need. Like other places where you walking in with one issue but by the time you leave you’re paying for six issues that weren’t there before. Thanks Belden!!

Updated update review: Got a call from the manager at Beldens the day I posted my last review asking me to please bring my van back in so he can look at it and see what's going on. We finally were able to take it in today and they'll be fixing the broken compartment on their own dime as well as were able to fix the original issue. Can't recommend who ever worked on my van the first time, but am grateful for the manager and his willingness to fix what went wrong and do recommend Belden's in general. We will be back to try again in the future! Thanks for the follow-up and for making this right. Updated review: I take it back. While yes, they checked my van for what I thought the issue was for free and supposedly fixed it (which was wonderful!) when I opened my trunk today there's a back compartment that is broken, another piece is removed that has no reason to be out, and the battery compartment was left open and they didn't say a word to me about it and turns out my van isn't actually fixed. Now I'm like, no wonder they didn't make me pay. 🙄 Original review: Belden's is amazing! They got me in, they fixed the problem, and got me out the next day! Love it!

Another great experience at Belden’s Automotive. This time the work was done on a 2006 Corvette instead of my pickup, and the work was the same — first rate. Final bill matched the stated estimate. I am impressed! I walked in, asked how long it would be before I could get the required annual inspection. I was told 5 minutes! And I was in & out in about 15 minutes, total! And the facilitybwas immaculate...a welcoming place. Thanks, Belden.

I went in with a check engine light and they diagnosed it and all it turned out to be was my oil pressure switch was bad . And they replaced it. I was really satisfied with their work and would use them again in the future.

The first 2 times I came here, i had my daughter’s breaks checked and then mine checked. Both times I was told our brakes were fine AND not only were they honest (could have easily said you need x, y, z) but they didn’t change me! I dropped my car office for an oil change today and as always they were super nice! They are always super helpful and the best customer service!

Excellent service all around. David was my service advisor and was great at communicating what was needed and the total cost of repairs. I really liked how they sent a detailed report of repair needs and suggestions for me to review prior to proceeding with the work. They were very detailed on what was needed and where the issues were to include pictures. I would absolutely use Belden again.

GREAT ALTERNATIVE TO DEALERSHIP. plus, you definitely get better service and vested staff. Had a starter issue on 2012 civic; Beldens took care of the concern in a timely and efficient manner. To be clear; this is a business but at no point did I feel that I was overpaying for their services as opposed to dealership. I do feel that Beldens is more than fair in their pricing; I'd dare say great value that will help ensure my repeat business. The service advisors were all of great competency and empathetic and of this email; most importantly the technicians are the heart and soul of such 'auto' places and I'm grateful to them for their time and skills in what they do for those of us that are NOT mechanically inclined. Good Job Beldens, Alamo Ranch!

I have only experienced good and honest work here. I started to bring my vehicles here for several maintenance services. I like this shop because it’s close to me, very transparent, fast, and capable. I have had several experiences here and they have been very consistent. Prices are consistent with other quality shops but worth the cost to get trustworthy work done.

The guy in the front did an excellent job finding a transmission for my work, had it delivered that same day and installed. The following morning had it programed, had me back on the road in a little over 24 hours so I could operate my construction business. The mechanic must have had me a top priority. This is the first time I used Beldon Automotive, they won me over for sure.

The guys at Belden’s are so easy to work with . I needed a new radiator and possibly a new engine. I could not afford to have all that done. I decided after 156,000 miles I just had to let my car go. They were soo understanding of my lack of money. No pressure on me at all. It has always been a pleasure to go to the men at Belden’s. I highly recommend Belden’s for all your auto needs.
