The people at Belden’s could not be nicer or more helpful when you bring your car in for a service . I brought my car in a year ago to have them look it over since I was just buying it and it was a used vehicle. No problem they said and everything went great and didn’t even charge me . So when it was time for my oil to be changed I called and they said to bring it on in so I did and they remembered me from a year ago and we’re so helpful . So I highly recommend them for their friendliness and their service.

Woke up had some car issues and everybody was acting like they didn’t want to do any work so I called Belden’s Automotive and a guy name Josh picked up!! Josh and his Saturday crew was the best!! Customer service was the best and the work was even better!! I recommend this place to anybody that needs some car work done!! These guys rock!!!!

Had an oil pressure issue usually I do my own repairs on my truck but this time I did not have the time to work on my truck nor the patience. I took my truck to Belsen’s on hwy 87 they ran diagnostic and fixed the problem. I had my truck back within a few days and the repairs cost were for an affordable price. Josh and Ben the shop managers were nice and kept me informed of what issues the mechanics found while my truck was in the shop.

This shop was above amazing. I took my work truck with only a small scheduling window to get a repair done. Not only did they take me in asap, but the work was done correctly , with professionalism and it was affordable . I highly recommend this shop!!

Don't think I'd recommend this shop. Took my truck here a few times now. Kept giving them chances cuz the technicians seemed really cool. My mistake🤦 Each time I left their shop for one issue I continuously discovered other issues that were either not there before or issues related to what they fixed being totally overlooked. They also misdiagnosed a major issue that ended up leaving me broke down on the side of a highway after taking it to them. The communication that I got from this shop was awful as well. They'd keep my truck for as long as they wanted, sometimes days, without telling me anything. I was always the one who had to call to figure out what was going on. Always made an appointment as well but that didn't seem to matter. My truck is older and has a bunch going on with it, wanted to find a go to shop for everything. Made the wrong choice and paid for it, my fault for trying to stick with them as long I did I guess.

This is my second year in a row going to Beldens for my Auto inspection. Everyone there is so polite. Great customer service and they complete my inspection in record time. I like that they sent me a text to remind me that my inspection was due. I’m a busy mom and I found it very helpful. Will continue to go back!

Just moved here from out of state. Went to Beldens for state vehicle inspection. Everyone there was very friendly, welcoming me to Texas while I waited, but the wait was only 5 minutes! I have found my local spot for all my vehicle needs.
