Beiler's replaced my speed sensor, which was causing my ABS and traction control warning lights to come on. They also fitted me with two new tires, aligned them, and flushed my coolant and transmission fluids. Quick, efficient and courteous. Thanks guys.

The Best. I have an older car, considered a Classic. It breaks down often and has many quirky recurring problems. After a few years at the dealership and then trying a few highly recommended auto mechanic shops that charged me lots of money but never fixed my car, I started using Beiler’s. They have been far better at fixing my car and getting me back on the road a happy gal. Chris, Jonathan and Danny have always been polite, respectful and taken the time to explain all the details to me and answer all my questions. It is a real comfort to me as I love my car and absolutely need a great repair shop. The only negative for me is that Beiler’s is far from my home. It’s a long tow when my car breaks down and that happens a lot. A few times, I foolishly tried other mechanics closer to my home, after hearing good recommendations. But unfortunately it cost me dearly. It was a nightmare. I came back to Chris and Jonathan who I can trust. They found the problems and fixed them at a reasonable price. I recommend Beiler’s highly. They are great people who care and do a super job!

I learned about Beiler's from the enthusiastic comments on my local NextDoor site. My Subaru was due for an oil change and a new air filter. I didn't have to wait around, like I used to do at my Subaru service center. One of the mechanics drove me home, and picked me up when my car was done. Since then I've been back for some minor repairs. Their prices are reasonable, they carefully inspected my car (which is 12 years old), and they are friendly and informative. Very pleased and glad that I found out about them! They've been in Sarasota for decades and built up a loyal clientele, well-deserved.

Beiler's Auto Repair consistently does a great job on all repairs. I have been using their shop for decades now and have never had any issues. If a part fails that they have installed, they will gladly replace it under their guarantee.

I had a great experience with Beiler's Auto Repair. They were recommended to me by a friend and raved about their promptness and excellent communication. I came to them for an oil change and suspension issue because my car was NOT performing well. After they ran their routine diagnostics, Mic called and informed me of the things I should fix and things I need to fix. For the amount of things wrong with my car, they were very reasonably priced and I got my car back within 24 hours. They even called a week later to check on the car to make sure everything was running properly. I will easily be returning back for any auto repairs/services and I've been recommending them to anyone that asks! Thank you for an amazing experience!

I have found Beiler's to do quality work at competitive pricing. Very important to me is that they seem honest and thoroughly evaluate my vehicle's maintenance needs, but have never been forcefully obnoxious like other repair shops and auto dealership shops I've encountered. Glad I found them.

New to Sarasota, I chose to bring my car to Beiler's for an oil change largely on the strength of the shop's excellent google ratings. Beiler's proved true to its reputation -- accomodating, communicative, skilled and honest. I highly recommentd this shop.

95 F150 was there starting on July 3rd... Bad fuel pump, they replaced it for free, which was because it was only 11 months old... Cool, but only for a day and it started acting the same, so back it went... They've had it since around the 10th and we got it back yesterday, the 30th of July... Now, the engine compartment was not reassembled correctly and the key doesn't start the truck anymore...!!! You have to grab the wiring harness, which they've ripped outta the dash, be careful not to be shocked or burnt by the sparks, and hope that it starts...!?! This is NOT cool...!!! They didn't charge us anything, but are they gonna pay another competent mechanic shop to fix it correctly...?!? I highly doubt it...! My dad, Ron Stutzman picked it up, so I bet we're screwed out that expense...! Again, this is, by far, THE WORST MECHANIC EXPERIENCE EVER...!!! P.S.: This was a work truck... I say was, because I'm now outta business with a truck in worse condition than when they started 'fixing' it...!!! Customer name again was: Ron Stutzman... THEY DO NOT DESERVE THE ONE STAR THAT I GAVE...! THEY DESERVE VERY MANY NEGATIVE STARS...!!!

My car was leaking from the rain. Full of puddles and smelled like mold. Took it to Beilers. I paid $900 in advance for a sunroof glass. They told me it would be 10 business days. After about 3 weeks they called and said it would be 2 months. (We are in Florida, it’s hurricane season and I have no cover for my car) I went to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion and they said the sunroof did NOT need to be replaced and they found multiple places for the leaks. Bielers would not refund me so I went ahead and let them fix it for an additional $276 labor fee. It’s now 3 days after being “fixed” and my trunk is still full of water from the rain. In response to your response- that’s incorrect and I specifically mentioned the trunk multiple times and confirmed with him before ordering the glass that it would fix the car AND the trunk in which Mic did confirm. The trunk was mentioned. Multiple times.

We visited Beiler for a pre-trip vehicle inspection, and couldn’t have been happier with the service provided. Beiler went above and beyond in explaining in detail what our options were, and presented the information in a clear and considerate manner. They even supplemented the inspection with a full visual report of the inspection’s findings, which is much appreciated. I highly recommend Beiler for any auto needs—high quality service with a caring touch.

Buick went in for oil change and tire rotation. Received call with a laundry list totaling $4000 of needed repairs. As this was totally unexpected, the laundry list and quote was a shock. We requested Beiler's address only the safety and serviceability items, while we consider the other issues. Beiler's then performed work per these parameters, and charged us $1,500. The car was picked up, driven 1.6 miles to Taco Bell along Fruitville, then 'around-the-corner' to Culvers. Enroute from Taco Bell to Culvers, rough idling was noticed. Upon starting the engine to leave Culvers, very thick white smoke was seen. The vehicle was towed from Culvers, back to Beilers (less than a mile down the road). We were then told, unfortunately the head gasket cracked, and it is just the luck of the draw. Um, the car ran fine, just needed an oil change, then $1,500.00 and 2 miles later, 2 as in 1+1=2, like T-W-O 2, miles later our engine is fully ruined, and Beiler's Auto Repair refuses to take any responsibility. 10/10, would not recommend Beiler's Auto Repair. As of this writing, the jury is out... EDIT/UPDATE: I had a sane conversation with Danny, who unlike his office manager was not patronizing. Danny explained the vehicle idled in the parking lot for an hour, was taken on a 15 minute test drive, then parked until we picked it up. Hence, Beiler's considers this a 'new' issue/not a problem resulting from their work/workmanship. 5-29-24 Update: We have had the car looked at by another reputable shop in the area. This shop says the reason the vehicle overheated was due to a obvious heater core hose leak connection on the backside of the engine. I am told by this tech, "it is apparent by evidence on the engine this was leaking for awhile, so what happened is, the water leaked out, causing the engine to overheat. When I took off the radiator cap, no coolant was visible in the radiator". Either this reputable shop (with no skin in the game) is misleading me, or Beilers misled me, as Danny assured me all fluids were checked and confirmed full, upon the return of the vehicle from Culvers. From the time the car left Beilers (supposedly full radiator) until the other shop informed me "no coolant was visible...", the engine ran no more than 3 minutes max. Interestingly, the heater core hose leak on the backside of the engine was not part of Beilers 'laundry list' of items needing attention. This is not about whether or not the engine can be warranted, it is about competence and accountability. I wish the best of luck to those who choose to use Beilers, however the lack of responsibility with this incident is more than we are able to overlook.
