The owner has been very welcoming and she is awesome about communicating exactly what needs to be done. Don't be fooled, she knows what she is doing. They do great work and are very helpful in trying to accommodate you even when your schedule gets messed up, as proof today, and this was going to really cause an impact for me. I really liked that it is family oriented and when you are waiting everyone chats and makes you feel welcome. They do not over charge and will always be upfront. I really recommend this place.

Came in for an inspection, they took care of me quick and were very pleasant to deal with. Going to be my new "go to" for all things I'm unable to do myself. Can't remember any names since they had me in and out in like 10min, but the desk lady is awesome! The mechanic also warned me about the tinted windshield and how putting my inspection sticker on it would likely guarantee that whoever does the next inspection would destroy the tint, so he gave it to me and it's secure in my glove box for now. Awesome place!

I wish all shops operated like Behrens does. You get the immediate family welcome, very hospitable, genuine, honest, and very fair on price! It's an old school experience that sets them apart from a lot of shops I've taken my vehicles in to get worked on. They took care of my alternator on my 2010 Ford Transit Connect and gave me a ride back home to save me an Uber ride, then serviced my vehicle for inspection. Now I'm headed to Florida so thanks again Behrends for all the hard work!

Great place to take your car. Very honest real people running the shop. Didn’t feel nervous one bit. Overall great people, clean, comfortable place to sit. Appointment was at 3:45 PM. Car was already on the lift at 3:50. Trust worthy…All the way around, absolutely would recommend.

Very disappointed, after getting quote to diagnose for $50 since it was nothing automatic on my car door lock on a 2005 Honda Civic, I was told they broke the door and now it doesn’t close. This part would cost of fixing would be $325 total. I was told “ due to being old car things can break”. I have never had this happen when I took car to get a new starter, alternator, new tires, etc and never have they broken anything. Then after not being done on time, we called to check on car, told my son something else is broken and no price. The next day no call when we were told car was going to be ready In morning, and when we picked it up they told us the handle on lock was broken by them also. So a bill for $430, I was willing to pay but taking them to court. Childish, the owners son I think had came in while the front person who own shop was taking to me and my son, started yelling and screaming. They took everything off the car they put in, and on top now my car door doesn’t close, they broke the handle, and the window crank is broke. I have never been treated like this. I would never recommend this business to anybody, I have lived in Belton for 19 years and have never had such an experience.

Awesome business. They gave me great customer service. Weren't scared to tell me about other issues I need to be aware about with my car, and they even gave me leniency on my appt time when traffic was a factor. They stayed open a bit later for me! U guys are awesome. I will definitely be a return customer. They 100 percent have earned my business. Thank you

BEST AUTO SERVICE in Belton! Out of state traveler whose A/C was going in and out on the hottest day of the year (107). Fit me into their very busy schedule and gave me an honest solution (Freon charge). Family operated and cares about their customers.

HORRIBLE experience. This shop milked me for over 3k in total and still never fixed the problem. They had me replace spark plugs, coil packs, both catalytic converters, and O2 sensors. They had no idea what was wrong with it, how to fix it, anything. They’ll diagnose the problem as one thing, replace it, car still runs bad, then say it’s something else. These are money thirsty THIEVES and HIGHLY recommend nobody go here EVER!!!

They failed my inspection and made up repairs, and quoted me $650.00 for ball joints and went to get my car looked at somewhere else they said my ball joints was brand new and I got my inspection. They also took my inspection money and didn’t give me a failed inspection receipt

Y'all Don't seem to know nothing about cars at all... Looking at my car like you never saw one before 🤦🤦 and won't touch my 99' Buick because it's old when these cars push 300k miles and it only at 175 🤦🤦 Not even much wrong with it at all 🤦🤦 Second time of disappointment, there won't be a third ✌️✌️✌️
