Check engine light on, made an apt but had to drop car off a day early, and they looked at it that day, offered a loaner and had it all fixed up in 1.5 days. Talked clearly on what needed to be fixed and what could wait so save money. Brian is usually the one i interact with and he offered great service and clear options. Would recommend for peace of mind its done right and kind positive empathetic service.

As always service was great and all involved were friendly and respectful. Only one problem was sometime during my service(oil change, tire rotation, install a new battery) something caused a nick on the hood that was in a place that a rock couldn’t have caused it. As soon as I got home exited my car I noticed it and called Rob to bring it to his attention. Brought it back in for him to look a. I thought it happened sometime during the battery replacement but it also could have happened during the placement of the oil filter. Rob took a picture and said someone would call me to bring my car in to have it fixed. I have always be happy with my service and I’m sure this will be taken care of.

Driver side door window was not closing properly. Serviced but not fixed. Have to return it in two days. This is not a convenient way to service an automobile when people have to return twice.

Good and timely service. However, My husband was charged for an oil change package after I purchased the same one at my last oil change 3 months ago. We have reached out to the dealership and I hope that they will make it right. I was hoping for better record keeping at the dealership. All other service in the past have been good.

Great service experience at Beechmont Subaru today! I had a scheduled oil change and realized I had a flat tire on the way. I called to let them know I would be late and what happened and pulled into a station and filled the tire with air. I was able to make it the rest of the way. They took me right in upon arrival and were prepared to look into the tire issue in addition to the regular scheduled service. Turns out I had run over a decking screw. They were able to repair this and complete the service and had me out the door and back on the road in an hour. I was very impressed, and Pamela provided top notch service and communicated updates throughout the servicing. Thank you!

This service center runs like a fine tuned car. From the young man that met me at the door to, Mark Rothenbusch my service advisor, and the knowledgeable mechanics who took great care of my Subaru Outback, I was always informed. The video was a nice touch to let me know what was going on. Great service for my Outback, which will be ten next year. Thanks to everyone who made my experience smooth and pleasent.
