Bee Line Wheel Alignment

Went down last week for an alignment, was told I needed lower ball joints, and a wheel bearing. Trevor quoted me $1,188.99 for parts, and labor...wheel bearing $408.00, ball joints $70.00 a piece. I bought all of the parts @ original grade from rock auto totaling $115.00, only to find I didn't need the ball joints...super disappointed, as I assumed this was a good shop when I saw all the thank you's posted on the wall. I'll go to farm, and fleet, pay an extra $20 bucks for the alignment. If they're trying to pull shit over on me, a guy who arguably looks like he may know a few things, I'd be curious to see what they're doing to naive customers.

Great team working there. Can’t beat the prices either! They always get me in as soon as they can and do a great job. They even helped me with a tow when I needed it. I never go anywhere else when I need help with my car. Absolutely recommend!

Very good, very fast and very honest service. They were able to get in and out in about a hour. Prices are beyond reasonable. The staff is very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they did and how they needed todo it to complete the task. I highly recommend

Cannot say enough good. My friend Jan Chesmore referred me to Bart (the owner). Hesser wanted to charge me 279.00 for each tire sensor on my Prius. So Beeline got me in. Trevor at the front windows super helpful and knowledgeable. Very kind. Mechanic did an awesome job! 3 were out of the 4. Their price? 70.00 for each sensor (30 labor), so it cost 300.00 total compared to what would have been a 900.00 to 1000.00 fee at the dealership. And the mechanic did great!

Took my car to have an alignment done couple weeks later I rotated tires to fine one inner tie rod boot is completely off and the other is twisted tight!!!! Looks like it is destroyed. They better make it right!!!

Took my son’s car here for an alignment. They said they couldn’t do it because the ball joints needed to be replaced. $700+. I brought the car home and had it looked at by two different mechanics and they both said there was nothing wrong with the ball joints. I had the car aligned somewhere else and all is fine. I had a similar situation years ago with them, trying to sell me unneeded work. I would have thought they improved by now. I will never go or recommend this place to anyone!

Disappointed they couldn't help me out. Referral wasn't able to even look at my vehicle. Simple frame work is all I wanted done. So I'll have to just keep driving, all around Tim buk too!

They got my alignment done as quickly as they said they would ($140). They couldn’t adjust one of my tie rods and it needed to be replaced to do the alignment. My bill went from $140 to $540, so I assumed they replaced both tie rods and labor. Well they only replaced one side ($150 if I bought both sides online) and got me out the door. It’s been 2-3 weeks and my truck is pulling to the right (to the side they didn’t replace)….. I don’t have another $540 to spend all over again. I’m somewhat disappointed after looking into the price of parts and that my truck already doesn’t roll straight. Labor is expensive but it was only a few bolts.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but since I tell everyone I know, I might as well post it here. Ever since I was young (and dumb, and had bad cars), I’ve looked everywhere I’ve lived for an auto shop run by honest folk who can squeeze you in when you’re in a jam. This is my place. I come here for everything. When they tell me I need a new tire, I know it’s the truth, because the last two times they could fix it with a plug or a patch, and they didn’t charge hardly anything for it. One time, I was trying to help my stepson with a very weird problem. The boss here gave me his cell number so I could text him pictures of what I was trying to explain, and then he helped me diagnose the problem via text. Good luck getting that level of awesomeness at a big shop. This is a good place run by good people. If you’re looking for an auto shop in Janesville, call them.

Had some work done and it made a weird vibration afterwards. They told me to bring it back and they would look at it. They then balanced and rotated the tires, without letting me know, and charged me $80 more. Like an idiot, I didn't throw a fit. And I paid them. Again. A few days later I took it on the highway and it still vibrated. I returned to throw a fit this time and was told it made no sense and they looked at me like I was making it up. We then rescheduled another appt. a week later. However, I really felt like I could no longer trust these guys, so I cancelled it. I'll most definitely be taking my business elsewhere and will not refer anyone anymore.

Had them work on our 2001 dodge Dakota sport back in 08/25/2022 Rear end Whining loud noise. Its still is whining. HAD WIFES UNCLE CHECK REAR END AND HE SHOWED ME ALL ITEMS THEY WHERE SUPOSE TO OF FIXED ARE NOT NEW PARTS AT ALL. CHARGED US $778.59 FOR(NOTHING) WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The individual working the front desk has been incredibly rude to me from the moment i brought my truck in. He just literally yelled at me over the phone for "asking too many questions" and said he will not help me with future repairs because I called too many times (I called a total of 3 times). I do not understand why anyone in a customer service position would treat their customers and reflect on the company in this unprofessional manner. He actually hung up the phone on me once for asking *if i could buy my own parts for the repair. I came in for a inexpensive common alignment and was told they wanted $1,200 in repair costs to do it. Thats ALOT of money, of course I am going to ask a few questions... Once complete, I came in, paid my bill without incident, and called back asking about a quote for a new service repair (unrelated issue/new repair) and he told me he would not quote me a price and to go somewhere else, because, "I ask too many questions". Without raising my voice once, I asked for his name (he knew mine) and he said he would not tell me it. This person gives the entire shop a bad reputation, and I can not fathom that I am the only calm, curious customer who has had this horrible experience with this individual. With Freeman Alignment in town (I went over and chatted with owner John, a very nice guy btw), I will honor Bee Line Alignment's front desk guy's rude treatment of me and NEVER GO THERE AGAIN... I hope the owner reads this, or this review acts as a warning to others considering Bee Line, for it was truely one of the worst experiences of my life dealing with this angry unprofessional individual.

Took my vehicle here for a alignment got it *aligned* and I notices my steering wheel was off so I called and brought it back they said everything was perfect and tried telling me it was a issue with my tires well come to find out my front drivers tire is slanted instead of this | it's like \ but yea *perfect* they basically just robbed me for alignment fees and kept on going
