These folks at Becks are top of the line people, friendly, welcoming, in my opinion honest and trustworthy. Service was efficient, so I was not long without vehicle. They didn't try to sell me things I don't need they stick to what you come in for. 2 recent experiences one with my car the other with my girlfriends, both exceptional experiences. Highest reccomendation

Best part of Beck's is the friendly, knowledgable people. I first went to them after I won a certificate for an oil change at a church raffle. Now they are my go to place to have my oil changed and any other maintenance items completed. l highly reccommend taking your car to them.

I am in the business of talking to a lot of people for the first time: customers, vendors, service technicians, customer service reps, etc. When I called Beck Service Center to book my car in, I was very impressed. I spoke with at least 3 different people in the course of the transaction, and always came away feeling like my vehicle was in good hands. They were able to speak "customer" but also obviously knew what they were doing. I got a 30-point check up, oil change, and diagnosis/repair of a transmission shudder. Oh, and a new set of tires. They were very straightforward about the costs and often ready with price options. The price options thing is big for me. Instead of just selling me on the priciest choice, they understand not everyone is made of money, or that sometimes you just want a "good enough" repair. The car runs like a top and I'm very happy with the results. And I love dealing with people who inspire confidence. I'm willing to pay for the privilege of being treated right - because that kind of expertise and professionalism doesn't come for free. Highly recommend.

Cody is my dude! He doesn’t know it, but he is haha. he always is the one delivering what tends to be bad news (car troubles, amirite?!) but he’s always shooting it to me straight. I’ve had two cars now go through them for all repairs and oil changes. They’re always accommodating, kind and reasonable.

Had what I perceived battery trouble. Had it checked and they did a great job and put my mind at ease that our backup ride (200 k) is relisble. Full explained the steps done to insure all is good. I appreciate that they are through as always. They go above and beyond other shops.

I went in to get exhaust done on my SS Camaro. They had me go in the shop with them and we talked about what I wanted. Explained everything and went over pricing with me. They got it done the day I took it in. Thought I'd have to call for a ride while they were working on it. They gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was finished. Great experience.

These guys are great! They took care of our 2017 Volvo. They appeared honest and upfront about costs. The end bill was on target and the problems are on the road behind us. I brought my car here for service they could not work on it however I would recommend this business to anyone with a american made car also I would recommend this business off of the customer service alone everyone is very friendly, very kind also very helpful I had the pleasure of working with Ray who absolutely awesome 👌🏼 he has great customer service skills and is very helpful.

I made an appointment and they were very timely and explained everything that they did! I would highly recommend. Also, I drive a modified vehicle with hand controls and they were familiar and comfortable with driving it!

Beck Service Center always goes above and beyond when we take our car in. Bill was knowledgeable and kind as he explained the work that was needed. When I picked up the car, Ray gave me a quote for something new and walked to my car with me to check the tire wear. We appreciate them for taking such great care of us!

Beck was recommended to me by a friend several years ago. They have always given me EXCELLANT service. I've had problems with the shocks on the front end of my car for years. Within 6 months they start popping. Beck has replaced those 2 or three times at no cost to me! If you have to leave your car they offer to take you home/work...wherever you need to go, or will give you a courtesy vehicle if your insurance covers you driving their vehicle. They will pick you up when your vehicle is done (from a reasonable distance). The staff has always been pleasant and enjoy talking with them. I hope they're in business for a long time because nowadays I don't know who else I can trust with my investment. Thanks to Ray, Ben, Cody, Bill the people who have gone and all the new ones I've not met. And a REAL BIG SHOUT OUT TO THE SPECIALISTS AND TECHS WORKING IN THE GARAGE! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Becks Service Center has been my go-to place for my current car (and my last 2), and my wife's car. They've always been very fair with us and do good work, and pretty fair prices. They always go over any charges over the phone before they do anything. Excellent standard practice. I just had my car in for an oil change and to check out a vibration in the steering wheel. As per usual, I put off maintenance for to long and they put it right for me. My car drives like new now!

I have used Beck Service Center for a number of years and I love it. They are knowledgeable and reliable on repairs and provide awesome service. I love that they provide totally free shuttle service to take you back home or to work after your auto drop-off and then back to Beck's. I highly recommend Beck Service Center.

I’m not local and not a customer of the shop. However, while shopping for a car, I saw that the shop had done some repairs to one I liked. I contacted them through the website and Ray responded quickly. He was straight up with me about some other issues the car might have that the previous owner didn’t want to deal with - but I’d be getting as a “gift with purchase,” haha. I wish I *was* in Indy so I could patronize Beck regularly. That level of customer service - for someone not even a customer! - is rare and fantastic. Thank you, Ray!
