My car is running great after a brake/tire overhaul. Service was able to diagnose and operate quickly, and dealt with challenging communication/change orders gracefully. Brought car in on a Tuesday and got it back Thursday morning, allowing me a safe roadtrip on Friday. Thank you again!

Good experience. Fixed my vehicle's timing chain. Timely, job was done on time. Clerk is knowledgeable and friendly. Posted 3 months after work performed everything still good.

Went in because coolant was leakin, turns out I had a breach in my intake manifold gasket but these guys found the problem same day and got it fixed in a week 1000% RECOMMEND

Woah this place really cares about there customers !! Out of town driving through and got a screw in the tire . Cindy went out of her way to get us patched up and on the way to our concert . Rare to find a good human and auto shop like this ! Thanks again .

I have lived in Cleveland for 3 years and this is the best mechanic I have been to! Scheduling was quick and easy and I was able to come in only a couple days after calling. The lady working the desk was so nice and down to earth it made me feel really comfortable. Their inspection was thorough and I was able to fix many issues all at an afforable price, and I am going back for a couple more issues I couldnt get done the first time. When my car was done they even pulled it up to the door because it was raining and I had my daughter with me! Great people, great work, I completely trust this company and have made them my go-to mechanic.

I literally hadn’t had my car a month before somebody tried to take it i was devastated calling around and I reached Cindy at beaulieu not only was helpful but she helped me with the frustrating insurance company and provided a Christmas miracle they have a lifelong customer now I’m truly grateful

Thank you for the great service,we took my brother's 14 Audi Q5 in for service and received excellent and quality service, and care awesome job. It's not easy finding a Auto center that handles foreign vehicles.

They have taken care of an issue that I have had for almost a year now. HOOORAAAAY !!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I have nothing but good things to say about them. In addition to the parts that they replaced, they also let me know that the old ones that had been placed on my vehicle before were " aftermarket". And was the source of the " P0 codes " that remained stored in my vehicle's computer. A lil pricey but.. Worth every penny. 👌🏽

This is the place to go if you have an Audi I had somebody else work on my Audi Quattro and really messed it These super wonderful people fixed and had me back on the road again .. Never asked or even took my money before the car was done at all They had great attitude and are super nice . They communication was excellent .. I will never take my car to anyone else again … Thank you guys for everything .!!!
