Brought my car in and company failed to fix anything I asked for ended up costing me more in the long run and had to go to another shop do not recommend this place at all. Especially to all the moms out there they will try to scam you find somewhere else to go!!!!

Im slightly late leaving this review,but Michael and the team gave me the absolute best customer service in general,let alone from an auto service location,EVER!! As someone who was at a loss for any mechanical assistance or knowledge,he immediately went above and beyond to help me,feel better driving on safe tires!There is no way to express my stress before stopping in or my gratitude to encounter someone pleasant,positive,helpful,and knowledgeable! And his team was the same exact way also,which you def do not encounter often!I will not only reccomend this location and these guys to anyone I can but I personally also will be forever stopping here as my first option with anything mechanical! Thank you for everything,guys!!!

Gas pumps don’t work, I used to go here all the time, was happy with the gas but so often I cannot fill up, today was Sunday, if that’s the reason they should put a sign, pay at the pump and shows good to go but no gas flowing. Pretty frustrating

We use to think Sam at Beauclerc was the guru, but after taking my son's car there and paying $1200 and not having the issues resolved we are convinced he is like ALL the rest of the scammy mechanics Over charging

I requested for something to be done on my car, but was told that I did not really need it at all. I dropped me car at 7:30 am was told that I will receive a call when the service was done, so I waited and I decided to call next day. Then I was told that my car did not need change in break fluid, engine fluid, and service induction. When I did drop my car they were many cars that needed service so I waited. I was shocked that they told me that they did not do the service upon my request. I believe the shop did not want to do the job because it would not generate much money from it. Also, I told my roommate about it and we decided to do the changes and come to find out both of them needed changing so I was lied to by the mechanic that my fluids did not changing. I don’t think I’ll come back again to this such dishonesty. This information that was told by Sam that no changing needed.

The sign says Certified Technicians so at least they have a sense of humor in their advertising.. these guys are either unwilling or incapable of handling more than a simple fix that you could probably do yourself.. I took my vehicle to beauclerc auto last week for a quote to replace tube & seal @turbo; its a bit more of a complex job than an oil change; a couple parts sit before turbo so its probably a 5-6hr gig; but not rocket science. Beauclerc Jokesters quote came back 2k higher than anywhere else.. quality of work even for quote speaks loud and clear that the 'beginner' crew probably shouldn't be touching ANY cars as they forgot to put back on the underbody engine shield- literally the ONLY part they touched they forgot to put back on, so.... that doesn't scream for confidence in their abilities 🤨 When I returned for my shield the office guy legit asked if I know any mechanics that need a job... like yeah bro let me refer the guys who quoted me a fair prices to come work for your neighborhood price gouging operation 🧐 Over all experience: glad I found someone else

If your looking for an honest, reliable mechanic shop for your vehicles, look no further! Having recently lost my long time mechanic, due to COVID-19 & unfortunately, their business had to be closed… I was devastated and desperate to find another safe place to have my cars worked on when needed. Thankfully, I found Mr. Sam, and his crew here at Beauclerc Autocare. They did a really nice job repairing my power steering pump on my 07Honda Pilot. Sam was able to quickly evaluate, and make the needed repairs as promised, in the allocated time frame given. Sam say’s what he does, and does what he say’s… no fuss no muss. No up-selling or pressure to fix things that don’t really need fixing. If it’s a safety thing, he’ll point it out and make recommendations as need to help you make an accurate decision that works best for you. Not to be cliché, but it was “fast & friendly service”, and with a smile I might add. Many Thanx to Beauclerc Autocare, for their assistance with my vehicle. 5 ⭐️’s!!
